Under pressure: McConnell pushed to resign as Senate Majority Leader
Roger Villere, RNC vice chairman: ‘GOP brand is being damaged’

With John Boehner now departing as House speaker, an influential Republican Party official is now seeking the ouster of another GOP leader who has frustrated conservatives: Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell.

“McConnell needs to resign!!” Louisiana GOP Chairman Roger Villere wrote in a Facebook posting.
Mr. Villere isn’t just any Republican. He’s the longest-serving state GOP chairman in the nation, with 12 years on the job, and is the vice chairman of the Republican National Committee, the GOP’s national governing body. He also serves on the RNC’s executive committee that makes decisions alongside Chairman Reince Priebus.

This is good news. Now we will have republican leadership that won't bow down to the idiot in chief. 15 months to go for the worst president in our history,.

I don't see much, or at least an essential difference between "establishment/moderate" republicans and democrats. the RINO label is at least partially true and might just as easily be called "democrat lite."

If Republicans were like Democrats, they would be understanding the situation like calm, rational adults. That government shutdowns are about as dumb of an idea as exploding 100 megaton warheads directly over Kansas in close orbit. If "established/moderated' Republicans were like Democrats, things would be getting passed in Congress. The Tea Party and useless Republicans would not be heard from. President Obama would be rolling out new stuff every month. Not by executive order, but by signing bills into law.

Yeah, reality and your fantasy of what happens in Congress and why are just not the same!

Aside from having bigger ears and being more articulate how is this one different than the last one?
