Believe it or not, people die in the D/s world. I was saddened to hear of litleone8620's Master today. I am starting this thread for all those who have lost a significant person from their D/s lives to death.

Just this Saturday I attended a memorial service for one of my original TEAboys, TEAboyjd. One of his last acts of service, unbeknownst to him or the rest of us was to introduce me to two women that wanted to revive theTEA group.
We agreed to meet on July 1st here, at my home. My Slave and JD were to be present to serve. The meeting time came and went and JD did not show. As badly as he wanted to be there, I knew then something had happened. His brother called me on July 3rd to tell me he had found him dead in front of his computer. He said he looked as if he had just gotten out of the shower. I checked JD's profile here to see that he had been online last on 6/29. I don't know the exact day he died. But for sure he was gone on July 1st...
JD was one of those men who truly loved women and as a submissive truly "got it". He was the one to always step up to the plate when I needed help and support in the TEA.
He had a wonderful sense of humor. A very dry wit that sneaked up on me making me think “did he say what I thought he said?!”
His wife and he were both members. She passed before him on Thanksgiving of ’05.
Now they are together and in that we can take comfort. Gentle journey you two.
