As far as the collarme.com domain questions, it is privately (anonymously) registered with ICANN through Domains By Proxy, LLC by Godaddy. The 'for sale' or 'how to buy' domain message is a default parking page advert from Godaddy prompting you to pay for their domain acquisition service. For about $18 they will tell you when the registration expires and try to buy it for you.

Is new Mod a he or a she? I thought new Mod had stated on the thread RS started in off topic that he's is male. Maybe I'd better just stick with the term New Mod.

Anyway, at this point, New Mod doesn't have to go for the AA routine. New Mod, under his/her discretion, can just zap the dude entirely for violating section 12.4 under ToS. Judging by the comments that the new Mod made on another thread about how, despite our protestations that an OP was annoying and that we hated seeing his posts, we interacted with them enough so apparently they weren't totally worthless as we were claiming. That was a good point.

Also I've always kind of thought that with posts being deleted or closed before people really went ballistic, then new posters may not ever get a feel for what can shut them down or what some people are really like when not being reined in.

And yeah, if I were mod, I would be giggling my head off at this.


That said, there are some comments made by the OP here that over the line, I think. JMHO
