and yet you dont expect the same from trump
why?
is it because his plans are too vague to warrant a further look?

I don't need to expect the same from Trump as he has the experience and track record to rise up from debts. Bernie does not.

I know Trump is good at growing money.

Trump unlike Bernie has release a comprehensive tax plan too on his website.

Did you read the income inequality links i posted?

So..., it's interesting there were no questions about Veterans. Dems do not care about Vets? Yet LGBT gets brought up instead? That's screwed up priorities.

Not yet. But what has that got to do with me trusting Trump with handling financials more than Bernie?

Bernie has this tinge of distaste for billionaires in the way he speaks, even the sarcasm is on his website, it's like his very bitter towards rich people. But I don't think it's the right attitude to punish the rich for being rich.

Nothing to do with trusting trump....a separate question to you
Like your comment about ahem vets not being discussed.
You are entitled to your opinion....not your own facts

From Salon:

Everyone on the right agreed that the Democratic debate last night was dull as dirt: No fireworks, no pizazz. The candidates didn’t insult each other’s looks or tell gory tales of mayhem or brag about their poll numbers. In fact, they did the opposite. They behaved like human beings. When the debate moderators insisted on discussing the most tedious beltway obsession since Al Gore and the buddhist temple — Hillary Clinton’s emails — Bernie Sanders drew huge applause from the audience, and no doubt from every Democrat watching the debate at home, when he said:

“I think the Secretary is right. And that is I think the American people are sick and tired of hearing about your damn emails.”

-----

Republican America is a dystopian hellscape in which evil, violent foreigners are trying to kill us in our beds while rapacious jackbooted government thugs try to wrestle our guns from our cold, dead fingers and Planned Parenthood sociopaths are committing mayhem on children and selling the body parts. And that’s just for starters.

Democratic America is a very powerful nation struggling with a declining middle class and economic insecurity at the hands of the ultra-rich, requiring some energetic government intervention to mitigate income inequality, solve the looming crisis of climate change and manage global crises without plunging the nation into more wars. They also must hold off that anarchistic opposition which sees the world as a dystopian hellscape and that may be the greatest challenge of all.

A little over a year from now voters are going to decide which country they want to live in. Let’s hope they choose wisely. The rest of us are going to have to live in it too.

Do you think they'll choose wisely or do you think they are being gently pushed towards a desired outcome?

this is absolutely laughable and its discouraging people could not only say such things with a straight face, but appear to believe it too.

never mind the incredible ignorance as to that there are people (the "foreigners") who have stated, hope/want/strive and do indeed kill us.

as to the "choosing wisely" part---I would rather people who want our country to be more like Sweden, or cuba, to actually just move there.

It is discouraging, but fairly true. I would point out that there is no refutation of this to be had.

It is helpful to note she claims to live in a police state where caining is still a daytime activity due to no "friday nitght lights"

We trust our police officers, and unlike you guys, we believe the police work for us. When they do a bad job or are even rude, we write complain letters to the police department and the police officer is dealt with.

Could post for us the incidences where singapore cops recieved any sort of serious repramand due to citizen complaints?

It's nothing like you said. Police are there to serve us, and they also have to serve us with a smile and great customer service. Police here are terrified of being complained about.

Yet they can arrest you for the simple act of having chewing gum in your possession.

And I approve of caning. We cane the crap out of rapists and child molesters. I think they deserve it.

You really do not seem to know much about your country or it's legal system.

http://www.corpun.com/sgjur2.htm

The cainning penality for rape is 24 strokes the same as obstructing a railway engine or carriages, joining an "unlawful assembly",second offense of prostitution and non violent extortion. It is pretty easy to see how hard yall come down of rapist and child molesters.
This fellow here got 14 strokes (not the max of 24)for raping of a minor.

It is called bankruptsy....it is like when you don't pay your phoquing bills and stiff your creditors. In the real world it is called theft.

I know Trump is good at growing money.

You obviously don't know shit. This simpleton has gone bankrupt 4 times and fools say he knows how to make money.

Do you consider it important why he feels that way or is is sufficient for you to dislike his attitude to dismiss him?

But I don't think it's the right attitude to punish the rich for being rich.

Is it the right attitude to punish rich criminals?

For anyone who is old enough to draw s/s we know this to be atypical. The demopubs almost always put on a better show than the republicrats. Who does not remember chicago....don't tell me the dempubs don't know how to put on a show.

What is interesting is, both sanders and Hillary says everything is a disaster right now, they listed alot of problems, with stagnant wages, unemployment, wealth gap, it is indirectly criticizing the failures of Obama reign hehe!

http://www.stripes.com/news/webb-sanders-tangle-on-veterans-issues-in-democratic-debate-1.373262

Both men were behind landmark veteran legislation while serving in the Senate, and each touted that during the debate. Webb resurrected the GI Bill for a new generation, while Sanders helped overhaul the Department of Veterans Affairs following its worst scandal in history.

For viewers who have served, it was part of a focus on combat experience and consequential veterans issues that had mostly been absent from the two crowded Republican debates.

The lack of mentions by GOP candidates had rankled some.

If you want the exact minute...you will have to re watch it yourself. Im not doing it.

Define serious reprimand? Because of our extreme low crimes, our police deal more with neighbourhood squabbles, than murders or thefts, things like that. Most of the time, the police are dealing with childish issues. They will get a warning about being more polite when handling disputes.

This gotta be the biggest lie, since I chew gum ALL the time infront of the police. I even offer them gum. No issues at all. It is not illegal to chew gum at all. We like our police here. And we bother them for the stupidest things. Like one time, I practically called the police, because a hawker store manager was giving me so much shit about me having my bubble tea from another store and I told the store manager to call the police if he had a problem, and the store manager did. The police came, and the police defended me against the store manager.

I don't know if you know how terrible one stroke is. From what I heard, my granddad has many friends who got caned in prison before, and one stroke is enough to knock some people out by the immense pain of it, so even 14 strokes will be spread out in weeks to execute. Anyway, I see no problem with caning for most of the crimes, but I do know that I can't remember the last time caning was executed for anything but rape and molest. When recently some European people came and vandalise our public trains to brag that he graffiti on it to social media, he got caned and we all felt he deserved it . But I think 100% of our people are happy with caning. That is certainly not something we want to disappear from our justice system because what's there to be afraid of? You don't commit the crime, you don't get caned. Simple.

And most of us Asian kids were caned in school, and caned by parents all our lives anyway. Corporal punishment is legal on kids. So caning is normal. It's normal for principals in school to have a big collection of canes too in their office. And public caning in schools is also common. I've been publicly caned even when I was 8. So yea, whatever!

hmmmm I noticed more blaming of the 2008 meltdown and the length of time it has taken to get back to where it was 7 years ago. which isnt blaming obama, its stating facts.
which is why I gave you links to income inequality information.
Its been going on for longer than obama.

Anyone who expected a recovery in less time is economically delusional.
