Thing is though that it's really impossible to control other's postings. And this one was at least on topic. When you post something publicly it ceases to be entirely yours unfortunately.

The argument really isn't about statistics per se.
The argument is about your premise:

Toys containing phthalates are bad.
Hard plastic is not a problem in that regard.
But for softer, less rigid toys, "medical grade" silicone is safer.

In a court of law you would have to prove your expertise on the subject to be allowed to give your OPINION on it. You have not shown any expertise at all. I happened to have gone all the way to the Supreme court of Canada without a lawyer, my case was accepted by the first panel of 3 judges without me having to make any changes.

I was not allowed to be heard because my case compared to the seriousness of what the Supreme Court is all about was considered frivolous, so i do not need lesson about the court room
