Which "chocolate raisins" are you asking about?
Most rabbits habitually eat their elongated mucus-covered cecotropes; but, they only occasionally eat the less nutritionally interesting fecal pellet "cocoa puffs".
If you're asking about the fecal pellets, comprised mostly of undigested fiber, I'd suspect they'd be rather bland to the taste buds.
However, the cecotropes, containing a rich and diverse natural community of bacteria and fungi, must be rather enticing to your average bunny rabbit since they eat them usually almost immediately after they exit the anus, still warm and pungent from the cecum.
