I just read a woman's profile.

She just (actually....honestly....I swear I'm not making this up) said....."and this guy deserves a 'mobile peace prize'"

You'd have to have seen it in context but....be assured....I didn't take it out of....

(The world gets a little dumber every day).

I suspect she may have never read the expression and possibly having only heard it...is hard of hearing. I had to put up with people in my life who bitched constantly about how people spoke to softly or slurred their words yet finally discovered...they were damn near deaf.
