Password Problem on other side - 10/30/2015 12:04:29 PM

Status: offline 		This is directed to the support. Sorry if this is in the wrong place.

I lost my password on the other side and every time I say Forgot Password, it says a link will be emailed to me.

So far, it's been 5 hours and nothing. I checked spam folder, etc.

I asked Lady Pact to reach out to support for me, but nothing is happening.

Please help!

since you have this profile, main page, support is way way way way at the bottom of the page.

I cleared my cache today on my iPad and it wiped out my usual log in.

I haven't had to input a password in a long time. I forgot it. I simply want to be able to get a new password.

On the main page of CS, if you click support, it says you need to log in first or create a new account.

Hence, my issue.

Mods?

Status: offline 		I think (could be wrong though) that the passwords are the same for here and on the other side? Maybe if you log in here? Or if you log in via the usual computer instead of the iPad it might have it stored, then you can go to change PW?

No, the passwords are different for Collarchat and collarspace.

I just had to create a profile to even tell Support.

For some reason they said it was a database problem and they cannot get to it till Monday.
