Ich habe es mit meinem Kopf versucht, nicht mit irgendeiner Website.

Es war mir durchaus bewußt, was er, ausgehend von Englisch, in etwa sagen wollte. Aber auf Deutsch ergibt es keinen Sinn.

(engl.) I used my brain, not a site.
I gathered what he - based on English - had in mind more or less. But in German it makes no sense.

engl. tit is German Meise - but not the one he thought

Welcome Wallace

Welches Mitleid. Sie haben diejenigen großer Brust, und Sie lieben Frauen. wer auf jene netten Meisen besser aufpassen konnte als ein Mann

Even my attempts at re-translating made no sense.
In German these 3 "sentences" do not make any sense.

Whoever you pretend to be you are certainly not Gromit speaking ...

Did you translate it from German or idiot?

I know this not a a very important discussion. But I'm gonna take a smack at it again . Since ( 2 ) people agreed that the German sentence did not make any sense ( when translated to English ) that statment makes no sense to me. Unless you were just humouring her. I was just wondering what you did when pasted the German sentence to your translator, did you select the option German to English or German to idiot?.

I love wensleydale, lovely nutty flavour, especially with cauliflower, but I like it best with sliced pickled onions and black rye bread. Sadly I haven't eaten it in a long long time. I can see port for sure..without the pickled onion.

I once tried to fry Wensleydale in a pan - like italian "Formaggio ai forno."

Delicious ...

Unfortunately it is difficult to get outside the UK these days

I know, sadly its been more than 10 years for me.

You said even re translating the text made no sense. And here's the translation to what you just said in German.
( It was conscious to me absolutely what he(it), going out from English, in possibly wanted to say. But in German it proves no sense.)
The translation accuracy it not that good , it depends mainly on the health of the original text entered however I can use my brain to figure the meaning out.

That is my favourite cheese. What varieties of that dairy product do you enjoy? I find that a good sized slice and a glass of Port wine stand me in good stead for my weekly whipping!

Not a good cheese. Too tangy. Not mature enough.

I prefer a smooth, mature cheese. Loads of 'em in England - too many to mention a favourite.

To me Wensleydale tastes like soap.

Loads of excellent cheeses in England indeed and many that can truly compete with the best of the best internationally and world-wide.
I would not agree about the soap taste but I got some W. not mature enough too (and rather tasting like dutch ... hence the suggestion about frying ...)

well matured Stilton - one of the best things on earth ... (not for everyone - leaves more for me )

and fundamental rule no. 1: never judge a cheese about its smell
