Because this is another site that is run off of another separate server I presume - since one is operational and the other is not at the same exact time. i was asking because i was wondering if it was down for everyone or if it was just my acct. Thats why I wrote "one never knows about these things"
As for the moderators & Collarspace being a free site - they/that dont have anything to do with this post.
