From the article:

After his supporters beat up a Black Lives Matter protester on video, Donald Trump suggested that they may have done the right thing.

The protester, a black man, reportedly started chanting Black Lives Matter at a rally in Birmingham, Alabama on Saturday. In a video captured by CNN reporter Jeremy Diamond, rally attendees swarm around the man, kicking and punching him as he curls up on the ground.

Trump was asked to weigh in on his supporters’ actions on Fox & Friends Sunday morning. “Maybe he should have been roughed up,” he said. “It was disgusting what he was doing.”

He gave a similarly winking response when his supporters have turned violent in the past. Two men in Boston said they ambushed and brutally beat a homeless Latino man because they were “inspired” by Trump, who later explained his supporters “are very passionate” and “love this country.”

Reports of Trump supporters launching violent and racist attacks have become fairly commonplace. Another recent rally took a dark turn when attendees shoved and spat on on immigration advocates. The following week, Trump supporters were filmed dragging and kicking an immigration activist while others yelled “U-S-A! U-S-A!”

After a slew of these highly publicized incidents, Trump’s campaign began corralling media this week and refused to allow reporters into the crowd at rallies.

Well the guy is basically dishing out his own personal copy-cat version of "My New Order" so this is hardly surprising.
First theres the: I will make America Great Again!! Sound familiar?
Then theres the Mexican Border Wall thats he says is going to be "95 Stories High" ---- remember the Little something built mainly by forced labor known as the "Atlantic Wall"?
And as of recently theres the idea seed of a "muslim registry" for ALL muslims within this country. Hmmmm where have I heard that before?
Its almost as he's following a step by step cross off check-list of what someone who at one time had TOTAL POWER detailed. He's had the money, now he's wanting total power - and its also interesting to note, that in many of his speeches, he tends to ignore there are two other branches of government that are supposed to balance if not keep his ass in check. Someone getting roughed up at a rally just goes along with the territory, especially if they're brown (SEND THEM HOME) & if that doesn't work... well we know what's next.

What really scares me about Trump is not the guy himself--loons happen--but the millions of Americans rallying round him.

Translation: Trump doesn't give a shit about violence among the great capitalist proletariat, as long as...they vote for him.

Yes. The level of desperation that drives people into Trump's camp must be extreme. So extreme that they happily buy into the lies and false promises of a racist demagogue. At some level these people must realise that Trump is unelectable yet they persist.

Why?

he tends to ignore there are two other branches of government that are supposed to balance if not keep his ass in check.

Seems someone has already beaten him to that...ruling mostly by "executive order", instead of by laws passed in Congress.

Way to deflect attention from the actual issue here.

That's my concern too. There's a deep, deep well of hate and irrationality that doesn't mind playing into ISIS' agenda by denying people shelter from them. There's a deep well of racism -- Black, Hispanic, Muslim...and unabashedly so.

Where are the leaders on the right decreeing Trump's call for bigotry, xenophobia, and tolerance of racial violence?

This has become a real evil in our land.

It seems relevant to me to point out the hypocrisy contained in the OP.

Edited To Correct: Hypocracy of the quote from the post it was snipped from rather than the OP.

I am appauled by the mob violence. Vigilantism isn't acceptable anywhere at any time in my opinion.

As to the message black lives matter, I disagree. All lives matter. Doesn't make any difference as to color. It gives the conotation that only black lives matter and that other colors don't. To me, it is within itself racist. That is like saying alll gun owners are bad because guns cause violence, but all Islamists are OK except those that do violence. Neither is correct.

You're dodging the point.

Advocating black lives doesn't equal "so beat the guy up."

I find this comparison interesting - and to add to this beating, there was the Trump inspired Boston beating in Aug. 2015, the protesters that were dragged and kicked and cheered on by attending rally attendees at the Miami Trump rally in Miami in Oct. 2015, In New York -the Trump security guard who forcefully grabbed a protesters sign and when the protester tried to reclaim it, the security guard assaulted him in Sept. 2015

EXHIBIT A)

"After his "Fox & Friends" interviewer referred to the incident as the man being "roughed up," Trump said, "I don't know. Rough up? Maybe he should have been roughed up because it was absolutely disgusting what he was doing."

http://www.businessinsider.com/donald-trump-protester-rough

EXHIBIT B)

"The SA wore grey jackets, brown shirts (khaki shirts originally intended for soldiers in Africa but purchased in bulk from the German Army by the Nazi Party), swastika armbands, ski-caps, knee-breeches, thick woolen socks and combat boots. Accompanied by bands of musicians and carrying swastika flags, they would parade through the streets of Munich. At the end of the march Hitler would make one of his passionate speeches that encouraged his supporters to carry out acts of violence against Jews and his left-wing political opponents."

"The behaviour of the NSDAP became more violent. On one occasion, 167 Nazis beat up 57 members of the German Communist Party in the Reichstag. They were then physically thrown out of the building.

The stormtroopers also carried out terrible acts of violence against socialists and communists. In one incident in Silesia, a young member of the KPD had his eyes poked out with a billiard cue and was then stabbed to death in front of his mother. Four members of the SA were convicted of the rime. Many people were shocked when Hitler sent a letter of support for the four men and promised to do what he could to get them released.
Incidents such as these worried many Germans, and in the elections that took place in November 1932 the support for the Nazi Party fell. The German Communist Party made substantial gains in the election winning 100 seats. Hitler used this to create a sense of panic by claiming that German was on the verge of a Bolshevik Revolution and only the NSDAP could prevent this happening.

A group of prominent industrialists who feared such a revolution sent a petition to Paul von Hindenburg asking for Hitler to become Chancellor. Hindenburg reluctantly agreed to their request and at the age of forty-three, Hitler became the new Chancellor of Germany."

If people wants to choose Trump after 8 years of Obama rule. I mean, if Trump really wins over Clinton in the actual election next year.

I would say that, that will just prove that majority of the American people are not happy with Obama Presidentship. That would speak volumes.

As if they are happy with Obama and want Obama ways to carry on, the closest to Obama would actually be Clinton, and technically, Clinton should win.

So I am really interested to find out what majority of Americans think of Obama by next year Elections, depending on who wins.

Just curious if people who hate Trump are just loud minorities on the internet. The votes will speak for themselves.

And some people claim Obama is divisive...I notice most of them LOVE trump, so the issue is deep. so is the hate.

Could be the result of divisiveness, after encouraging more divisiveness, people get more discriminatory towards minority, thus will be picking Trump.

Looks like it's Obama's fault. The question is, IF Trump had gone into election against Obama, would he win? Would he be as popular as he is today? He wouldn't. People weren't divisive before Obama was President.

IF there was something George Bush did, he didn't divide people. People were willing to accept a half black President after his time, that speak volumes about how he brought people together.

But seriously Black Lives Matter is a divisive statement.

All Lives Matters should be sufficient to talk about the unfair treatment by the police against black people, because all lives should equally matter including theirs.

Black Lives Matter which now, ALL 3 dems runners have openly said, they agree to using that tagline, is totally being divisive, because it's like saying that's the most important live that matter among all races. But they aren't the only minorities discriminated against. What about Hispanic people? I mean, Trump brought up this Eisenhower guy who did, "Operation Wetback". Hispanic lives don't matter? Why only black?

And by the way, in regards to that, Trump should be condemning any kind of violence. On this part, nobody who wants to hold extremist responsible for their actions, who are infact just retaliating because of incitement, should brush aside any violence, even if it was provoked. Because anybody who handle conflicts with violence should be strongly condemned, period.

Alan Dershowitz: Where are the ‘safe spaces’ for Jewish students?

http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2015/nov/23/alan-dershowitz-where-are-the-safe-spaces-for-jewi/#.VlNcjFeqi5Y.twitter

“As such, school administrators should condemn racist incidents, such as those that occurred at the University of Missouri. They should address allegations of anti-Semitic abuse at places like CUNY and Vassar with equal seriousness,” he wrote. “Students subjected to abuse or intimidation should be offered support services, and that may even entail setting aside ‘safe spaces’ where they can find peace and quiet, access peer support groups and counseling services.

“However, such safe spaces must not be extended to campuses as a whole. Classrooms in particular must not become intellectually sterile environments, where ideas are subjected to censorship based on the fact that they make some students feel uncomfortable,” Mr. Dershowitz concluded. “To the contrary, universities should foster discussions of controversial ideas, subversive ideas, ideas that provoke and challenge students to question their beliefs and preconceptions. That process is central to learning and intellectual progress more generally. Safe spaces rhetoric must not be allowed to undermine it.”

http://www.nationalreview.com/article/427509/university-yoga-cultural-appropriation-genocide-ottawa

The University of Ottawa in Canada has abruptly canceled the free yoga classes it has offered to students since 2008 over concerns that they amounted to “cultural appropriation” and were connected to “cultural genocide.” Jennifer Scharf, the practitioner who had offered the classes, told the Independent that she had suddenly received a message telling her that they’d be suspended because “there were some issues in terms of a formal complaint.” The decision to cancel the classes was made by the Ottawa Student Federation, the university’s independent student body. According to the Ottawa Sun, staff at the Centre for Students with Disabilities sent out an e-mail claiming that “while yoga is a really great idea and accessible and great for students . . . there are cultural issues of implication involved in the practice.”

My only question is: is this really true?

Trump was on record as saying Arabs outside of NY in NJ cheered when the World Trade Center was attacked. Said he saw them. No one else did, and the police denied any record of such an event happening.
