I have a question for the Mistresses/Dommes one time I was kneeling at my owners feet and as She was exchangeing my vanilla
collar for my formal leather one another so called male dom walked directly between us. I was very upset at this as it was a ritual
I enjoyed with my owner.
my question is what would you have done/or said to this other dom doing this.

When collaring I personally would not have a Dom present unless it was a gathering, but crossing the collar line is a NoNo to Me, to be collared is a honour that should be observed but everyone has their own way of doing things, but a molecule of respect should be shown to the little people.

Honestly, I wouldn't say anything to him. Someone who would do that is not worth wasting my time and breath on. The people who's opinions I care about would see it and it would reflect badly on the Dom, not me.

I would probably just share an eyeroll with my sub, and pick up where it was most logical to do so.

Or why they chose to do this meaningful ceremony in the middle of the main traffic pattern instead of having picked a spot out of the way.

OMG, I would have told him to step off and not interrupt, that it was highly inappropriate and direspectful to both of us to get between us at such a moment. If he looked taken aback I might, but not necessarily, tell him that I'd visit with him later....if I was willing to, that is. To me, that other Dominant's behavior would be so inappropriate I'd wonder on what planet he thought that was okay. Certainly not on mine. Of course, I'd probably not be doing such a ritual in a public place, not because I'd be embarrassed by doing it, because I wouldn't be, but because, to me and probably to him also, it would be an intimate thing and not to be shared by just anyone and everyone, ya know.

there was another path the dom could have taken but chose to walk between Her and I as she was getting my formal collar from next to her there was some space he walked by not even apologizing. I do agree he is not worth the title of Dom but more asshat and not worth of being acknowledged by any proper title. anyone that has no respect for simple things like placing a formal collar on should not be in any bdsm as he is not going to be trusted.

If there was enough room for him to walk between the two of you without brushing either of you....it's possible he didn't realize what was going on. In which case, it doesn't make him an asshat or unworthy to be a Dom.

I'll also add that many, many people to "place a formal collar" at a public event....so again, probably didn't realize what was going on.

I would have corrected his bad behavior by mentioning that he was walking through the middle of a scene and making him aware of his faux pas.
