Serious question. There just seems to be a bunch of people lately who are so attention starved that they will do anything to get noticed. Is it just Me?

Well perhaps it is just you? Have you ever been diagnosed with Add? It's apparently quite common and especially if you write a lot in social media.

yes there are those who crave attention and those who are just using the boards as they are meant to by expressing ideas and getting feedback and of course those that only bring drama and negativity
I chose to bring open ideas and to be positive and supportive

Well, it seems weird to me to answer this thread because we've already talked about the sock puppet thing at home. There's a definite attention seeking behavior from some folks at this time that is honestly drifting into making me wonder just is actually what is wrong with some on a mentally ill kind of level. Normal adults don't act like children who keep bleating out random things because the grown ups are talking rather than making them their focus.

Thank you DesFIP. I wasn't going to entertain whomever that is. I love how people I never met think they know who I am or what I am about. Those who I care about knew exactly what I was talking about.

This is a low level kind of sock.
Boring as hell and completely without imagination.
It would be completely different of course if it were a sock that really had some gusto.
This guy just needs to get hit by a bus and be put in a full body cast for a year so we could be spared his endless dribble.
Fuck dood - isn't there a bus stop somewhere near where you live?

I have adhd so I know alot about it and with the work by dr amen on the 7 subtypes of adhd has helped many get the best medication for them.
for example the drs used to think you grew out of adhd, this was not true as wat was happening was they found different drugs to treat it
namely alcohol and narcotics and the rest use caffeinated soda. all have drawbacks alcohol and narcotics are obvious the soda is not.
the soda base is acidic and causes the body to make and keep more cholesterol. the high cholesterol causes erectile dysfunction and the caffeine
as a stimulant is used to calm the left frontal cortex it is a diuretic and causes increased blood pressure.
I know this one myself as I was still using alot of soda mostly dr pepper and mountain dew, and my cholesterol was high when
my dr explained how the soda base was causing this I stopped the soda and started coffee and my cholesterol went down to normal
and my erectile dysfunction went away.
so if you or someone you know has adhd and is self medicating with large amounts of soda have them ask their dr to explain how it is affecting them
and the adhd meds are much better for them
