Ok I'm not sure if this is really for the site. But I don't get why escorting is illegal. I mean if the girl is of age and willing to do that with her life why should she be Arrested for it? Or if a man wants to pay for it why should he be arrested? How is it any different then being a pornstar? All porn stars do differently Is film it. Or how is it any different then taking someone out to a exspsinve dinner and then out to a club with over priced drinks and then gong home at the end of The night and having sex? I've watched like cops were they do prostituttion bust and the cops always say were trying to save the girl because she cpuld Be under aged or forced to do it. That I understand cuz children being forced into this is wrong. But you never here about the ones willing. It don't make sense

In most places, 'escorting' isn't illegal. What is usually illegal is plying for 'sex for sale'. There's a huge difference between an escort and a hooker/hoe and the laws are different for that reason.

A hooker here is usually regarded as a street-walker which is illegal whereas working as a call-girl, escort, brothel worker and the like is legal in all states, I believe. The laws vary a little from state to state but not to a great degree. Yes, there are illegal ( unlicensed) brothels and some of those specialise in things that are and should be illegal ( young girls etc), but the legal, licensed ones are closely monitored. It all seems to work quite well and only the holy-rollers and very conservative busy-bodies seem to take offence but then, they would take offence at the sun rising in the east.

In/out call escorting, and so is prostitution in private or even in a brothel never been illegal. Not that I know of. Another tip to consider is, escorts are Paid by the hour while prostitutes are paid by the act.

What I find sad is that escorting is legal in all 50 states and prostitution is legal with a license in atl east 3 cities yet add the word escort (or pimp or whore) to a collarspace profile as an actual interest not just a insulting term interest... and your profile will suddenly not be found in search... took me ages to meet the right slave girl for this very Reason... Had to make hundreds of profiles each that would get cancelled.. Luckily my slave escort and I eventually found each other. Stupid politically correct rules....

I think its unfair. As for the std thing as long as the girls make their Johns were condoms then there should be barley in risk of spreading anything. It's the same as you going out with someone and them paying for your drinks and then going home with them and having sex. I absolutely agree and in most places in Europe prostitution is legal and regulated (with health checks) in fact hardly any diseases were spread by prostitutes, if they catch something they can't work = no income, so they insist on condoms. Apart from having a general shit fit if OH would stray, I think I'd worry less about him going to a prostitute (who'd make him wear a condom) than him picking up somebody in a bar, who possibly went home with a different guy every night of the weak and didn't use condoms or doesn't have regular STD checks. Not that I'd recommend that he does it, if he wants to keep the family jewels and me [;)]

here in Nevada there are legal brothels and the workers male and female get checked each week and to date no customer has ever contracted a std from the houses. all the workers are of age and even get benefits like having college loans paid. having legal brothels cuts down on the street walkers but not eliminates them
