So my aunt is suppose to be mailing my id in the mail but it keeps coming back to her. Can you mail someone's id card to them in the mail? Is there anything sleicak you have to do?

What you need to do is talk to your post office and have your aunt do the same with hers.
Between the 2 of them you should be able to figure out what is impeding the arrival of your ID.

Likely it is something to do with the zip code or street number.

Send her a priority mail envelope with your address filled in and the postage on it. Then all she needs to do is drop your id into the envelope and stick it in the nearest mail box.

Jupiter's cock, your aunt need to write a valid address that contains house ## street name city and state, a zip code might be appreciated as well.
2nd she need to mail the letter to the other address not to hers. Huh
