As part of initial introduction and get to know you between myself and any potential sub I state the following rules about punishement.
Each punishment session is preceeded by a full explaination of the offence and the reason for the punishment
I feel that a good Master must take into account the circumstances. Illness or other extenuating circumstances that are beyond her control need to be considered.
No one should have to take responsibility for things beyond their control.
I personally have never had to go past #1. I do a lot of wood work and my hands are well calloused so that may be one reason, but I feel that a good Master can be
generous since if he has done is job well that his sub would rather walk hot coals than disobey. To me disobediance is an indication that He is not doing his job
very well.
Pain should be for punishment not pleasure and it should be painful enough that it does not become pleasure.

Now the worse possible punishment is to terminate the relationship. Every submissive should have that thought in the back of her mind at all times.

First blatant offence - being commanded to drop panties then over the knee and make her lift and hold her skirt up. I use my hand.
I feel that a first offence might be due to my failure to properly express my wishes so I should also feel some of the pain.

Second offence - Commanded to fetch a leather strap, 2-3" wide. then the same, drop your panties and over the knee. I might gag
her with her panties to keep her quiet.

No third offence, that is reason for termination of the relationship.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

wizofos, so a person only get 3 chances whit you, i know many that is good subs but that ocasionaly fail.

Lets go back to what I wrote, I was specific about blatent disobience. I would never punish a sub if she was physically unable to perform or perhaps emotionally unable such as some fear. I know of one who is arachnaphobic (fears spiders) to the point that she will not go into any basement and the sight of a spider almost puts her in a screaming fetal postion. Also any sub has the right to refuse any command that is illegal or might cause her harm or illness.

But I digress,
The point is that if she is told that I like long hair, and she cuts it in a short shag, that is blatent disobedience. I may not have made that a command but by the time I we to the point that I am mandating her appearance she should know that my preferences have the power of absolute commands.

Bill doesn't do corporal punishment. Sometimes, I wish he did. It would be easier.

A year ago, I got a ticket for speeding in a school zone. It was evening, and the school was closed, so no one was at risk. Bill's response was to take my car keys away and buy me a bus pass. The ticket was for $150, and I didn't drive for 150 days. I wasn't, btw, the only one very much inconvenienced by this. In any case, bring on the genital torture and beating. At least those would have been over relatively quickly.

Someone mentioned Barney in another punishment thread, and now the wretched creature pops his head up in this punishment thread. He must be stopped, unless there's some extreme painsluts out there that like the purple fiend.

ok my answer changed Master used the hairbrush today and that hurt worse than the strap.
