"Dante Williams, 19, and his accomplice Jawan Craig walked into the Waffle House restaurant and “terrorized” the customers in 2012 intent on robbing it at gun point. Upon being approached by Williams, gun in hand, one of the patrons, Justin Harrison – who also had a concealed weapon on him but had an actual permit for it – shot Williams in self-defense, killing him “almost instantly,” according to a Fox News affiliate in North Carolina. Fox only recently acquired the video footage from the 2012 incident.

Williams’s cousin Tamika McSwain is saying that although what he did was wrong, he shouldn’t have died and is calling for stricter gun laws. In the video, she specifically cites Harrison in her argument, asserting that tougher regulations for the acquirement of concealed weapon permits may have prevented her cousin’s death.

McSwain said her cousin obtained the gun through the crowd the teen hung out with – “the wrong crowd,” she said, while noting that she believes more training is needed for CWP carriers, specifically Harrison.

Know what I say to that ? Yup, with better training he might have been able to kill them both.

When you take to crine you give up humanity. You are now a target. You wanrt people not to shoot you, don't try to fucking rob them. And I want to see over 50 % of the people on the street with CCW and know how to shoot. Put the fucking risk back into crime.

Oh, and as racist as it is, I might have to point it out to some here - with names like that they are DEFINITELY democrats.

Does it matter what their political views are/were? Does it have any bearing on the group as a whole?

I think if its an aberration, then no, if its somehow endemic, then yes.

if my social/political worldviews were either helping to foster criminal (or even just irresponsible) activity in some way, or were places where criminals found their figurative home, id want to know...

Groups have traits. People who were raised on welfare with a welfare mentality will tend to think they are entitled, just like kids of rich people who do not make them earn their allowance. Both are fucking parasites. Both are likely to be criminals but only the less affluent ones will be likely to violate the law.

I am a natural born troubleshooter, but this shit is waaaay beyond me. Even if I were President, there is no way. Perhaps as a dictator, and executing half the world population I could make some fucking progress. Some. The laws would be few, and understandable, and many would carry capital punishment because I believe society needs to be cleansed of half at least of the garbage in it. People who would rape your Grandmother, kill you for a pair of tennis shoes, use a weapon to rob you, or their arms and legs as weapons, because they are the stronger they think they have a right to your stuff. Things you EARNED.

And that includes the government BIGTIME. They got fucking bumper stickers that say "DON'T STEAL, THE GOVERNMENT HATES COMPETITION". And you know what ? NOBODY IS LAUGHING.

You know I want a revolution but I will not come out and encourage people to take up arms at this time. However, I am going to do more to educate people about how fucking wrong the world is and who is responsible for the shit. Bottom line, how far can I go until they come for me ? Will I eventually wind up stuck in an Ecuadorian embassy in bumfuckt England like that guy who NEVER SET FOOT IN THE US ? (for the not so quick witted that means Julian Assange)

Fucking tired of it. Cannot change it. Nowhere to go. (at least that would have me)
