The former OWK closed its gates to the Female Domination Fraternity several years ago. In its heyday it was very popular and BDSM world renowned. Prior to 2000 it was extremely cheap to stay there even if one included economy class flights to Prague. After the millennium they got greedy and the price increased 6 fold. To cut costs they even dismissed the local girls recruited as their Guardesses and asked for volunteers to work unpaid. The lucrative filming contracts dried up and they had helped to spread its fame. Journalists ceased writing articles on it. Famous Actresses and Female porn stars ceased visiting and so too did many of the renowned pro dommmes of the world. The so called Lady Citizens abandoned it in droves. Today all that is left is the website which has not been updated in many years. I do not know if it has been sold yet but there was no buyer for many years. I have heard in various forums around the Internet that a shadowy society calling itself the Draconian Martinet Sisterhood has found sufficient financial backing to purchase one island in the Caribbean and develop it into a large complex some 6 times larger in area than the former OWK. (I always wondered why it was referred to as a Kingdom and not Queendom.) From various sources which differ in some details but are nonetheless uniform when all source details are analysed. It will be a high walled community topped by electric fences. These are set out below:- • A centrally situated Gothic style Mansion • A small farm like homestead with stables • A health Spa Complex • A large outdoor Olympic sized swimming pool • A few dozen cottages for lifestyle vacations each with a slave cage • A few score large one room chalet cabins • A few score outdoor slave cages • A dozen outdoor slave pit cage cells • Several outdoor whipping posts • A Medical Center • A private harbour • A private landing strip for light aircraft and helicopters • A Club House with members bar and diner. • A gymnasium • Sewage and water treatment plant • Small Hydroelectric conversion generation station. • A small detention center with cells • A temple complex to worship various female deities with various euphoria suite torture rooms of the central worship alter. • A residential slave tuition school. • A fledgling domina pupilage Academy • A large guest house for short term visitors such has overnight, weekend, week long casual visitations. • A nursery and Kindergarten complex for vacating children segregated from the BDSM complex buildings. • Timeshare ownership of the cottages, chalets and outdoor cages • Share options. • Several other facilities that I cannot bring to mind just now. This would obviously require some tens of millions to set up and would have to make a profit to recoup the outlay and running costs. I hear that the despots have been suitably bribed with back handers and permission has been granted and the politicians concerned and government officials will all have preferential shares in the place. The location remains a secret. The fact the Caribbean has been chosen for this venture is good because of the guarantee of excellent weather for most of the year. The only hazard would be the potential threat of hurricanes’ and tsunamis’. Now to me the whole concept appears excellent and in my view it is needed. If it is reasonably priced as is rumoured and not extortionate then that is the way forward to keep business. I have heard that there will be a timeshare owners association that will liaise with and negotiate costs and represent timeshare owners concerns and recommendations. There will also be a separate visitor’s representatives association that had a similar role to the timeshare owners association. There will be a Governing Authority comprising both elected and appointed individuals from the financial backer owners, the shareholders, the Caribbean nations’ government and officials, timeshare holders and visitors. Some would have voting rights and others no voting rights. For some reason the Directors board would follow British traditional board titles and not American. Now I am no expert and not has knowledgably has many who frequent these boards. There are here many distinguished people in the lifestyle who are also renowned in their professional working life. Those of you who fall into that category may and probably will know something about this business project and it’s in and outs? So I am asking for you to confirm or deny if the scuttlebutt rumours are true or false. Little has so far leaked out and there is little reference to it online. The Draconian Martinet Sisterhood appeared to show up in some bizarre places online but nothing tangible about its structure and formation. The provisional name for this female supremacy utopia is the Femme Domme Realm apparently. 1) Is such a place in its planning and formation stages? 2) Would such a place be popular and successful? 3) Is it all fantasy based upon elaborate false rumour? 4) Could such a place fill the void an even expand on the former OWK remit? I gathered together the sketchy information over time and stored it from 2013 until now.

I suppose it's possible, rules are very strict in most parts of the carribean. Most places will only let you sharehold but not fully own any waterfront property unless you are a local. I tried to buy a house in Jamaica once and there was too much red tape involved for my taste. Buying an entire island would lead me to believe it's probably in the Bahamas, one would need tons of money or Trump as a backer... I'm not even sure if the islands are available for purchase especially not with the intent of building a resort like you mentioned. Hedonism had issues getting their foot in the door. It took alot of greasing if you know what I mean.

Mexico law also forbids non-citizens from owning land within 50 miles of the coast. We are fools to allow aliens illegally in the country to own land, hold jobs, receive EIC tax credits, etc.

Yeah Mexico also won't give you any welfare. If you are seen flying a flag from your home country its grounds for deportation. Also you can not protest or vote.

I believe citizenship costs quite a bit of money. And you have to have a job or business.

A few things about the OWK, it's 2nd hand but from a person I do know and trust who spent a lot of time there... When they started it the lease was relatively cheap, then it became more famous, the owners charged more and more. It was actually run by people who lived the lifestyle and their own little fantasy. The scheme you wrote about, I doubt it very much and I think it is a rumour simply because the costs for setting it up would be enormous. Political climates tend to change, it would be a massive risk. Just what I think, I might be wrong though.

Uhmmm mexico's eastern shore borders the Caribbean Sea so it could and sometimes is considered part of the Caribbean. Since we don't know exactly where this resort is supposably to be built it could very well be Mexico! ***Ah ah! That's not allowed. Be nice or be moderated!***

@ Lady Constance The cost would indeed be enormous. I was given to understand that it was owned and not leased. The so called Queen and her so called slave husband always claimed to be the owners. Gustav Have a former actor and dissident is supposed to have permitted it to be set up after he came to power when the communist government collapsed. Much myth and falsehood appears to have been associatedwith it. They advertised it for sale at at €20 million over 5 years ago. I thank you for the input. It is not beyond the realms of possibility. Politicians are so easily bought and if it was on a small island then apart from aircraft and satelite observation it would be able to host private and secure lifestyle activities.there are small private BDSM guest houses are small holdings of 2 to 3 acres but they are on a limited activities scale. I know there was once a Yahoo group started by a German Man he later handed control to so pro domme who used it to promote her business then closed down the online group. There was a house in Oxford, England in the early 1980s that housed several women who kept 2 shackled naked male slaves. It closed and disapeared on being exposed by a now defunct Sunday newspaper and the occupants disapeared. They are allegedly international and very clandestine. I do not know where you got your information from or whom,but I can assure you of this, most of what you describe is very much part of a project that is ongoing already and it is not in the Bahamas.It is not for femdoms but for registered paying tiered members members of all kinds and much bigger then what you describe.

Sounds like it will cost alot more than I expected. Small islands large enough to put a small house on already cost 1mil+ that's 2-5 acres. The larger the island the higher the price per/acre. If it really is in the works I can't imagine a vacation there being affordable to most people. Considering supplies have to be brought there by boat building anything will cost a fortune not to mention running the place on a daily basis. I see it going belly up fairly quickly. Politician's will get greedy unless you're part of a major resort chain. On top of all that the insurance... Sounds very risky to me.

@ OP, As others have said the cost would be enormous to do such a thing as you describe. Building a home on a Caribbean island will run you 1+ million. Building a small city would be much more. . Even if someone have the money to purchase the island the additional cost of building such an infrastructure would be in the hundreds of millions, if not topping a billion dollars. Then you would need a small army of people to run and maintain such a facility. Even if the servants are non paid slaves, you still need to house, feed, cloth those people. You also need to provide the basic food, water, etc. All of this requires money. And lots of it. Thinking of it in non BDSM context what you describe is something like the estate in Downton Abby. I suppose there is the possibility of a rich person who is eccentric enough to create such a place but I would think it is highly unlikely.
