There's an understatement: "mental issues".

Wouldn't surprise me if a fair few nasty incidences happen tonite.
If nothing happens, I promise to be nicer next year.

Just been something on the news that Munich police have issued a statement that a terrorist attack is expected tonight.

A couple of stations evacuated, warnings issued etc.
