are there other mitigating factors involved in those instances than just competition, yes, but its pretty hard to tease them all apart when the competition strain runs through so many things that liberals meddle with.

There is no reputation in reality of the nutsucker asswipe that equality of outcome is something that they have any clue of, but the child molesting nutsuckers certainly do not nurture equality of opportunity, nor real competition.
Look what they do as slaves of corporations and the rich, to insure there is no sort of equality of opportunity.

But before you start cockgargling about public schools, I will be forced to remind you that public education, as well as individual income tax is the baby of the nutsuckers. (since there are no republicans or conservatives any more).
