I condone people having choice over what they do and the partners they do it with.

You seem to have interpreted my supporting their right to do what they like as long as all parties are of legal age, sound mind, and its consensual, with my approving of said acts, which is a vastly different thing and something you haven't bothered to ask once in all your blathering and assuming.
As for murderous intentions, yeah, I think you take things too literally. As mentioned, a little research shows similar profiles all over the net. If he was really killing people, he has to be the dumbest criminal of the year, a true Darwin Award nominee. Seeing how those profiles have been active for extended periods of time, I doubt that seriously.
Not to mention that the only corroborating witness sounds not just happy, but damned enthusiastic to be with him.

Now if a newbie comes to me and asks how to learn to be a dom, I'm going to steer them to do things safely. You know, like I think a responsible person should.
I tend to have this irrational idea that I am responsible for a slaves well being, that in taking ownership, I am also assuming vast responsibility and personal accountability.
But that's what works for me and mine.
Relationships and people aren't cookie cutter. Different strokes for different folks and all that. Meaning my way and my perspective aren't the right way, nor are they the wrong way. The are just what works for me. Accepting and understanding that is part of having empathy and tolerance.
Heck-it may even involve some humility.
There's lots of stuff that goes on in the 'community' I disagree with or find kinda creepy (Diaper play, some little's, lots of people that wear too little clothes, men in assless chaps, the guy at Crucible that walks around wanking, I could go on and on....). But that's OK. I don't have to like it or even approve of it.
But I need to accept that as freaky as I may see what they do, there's others that see what I do as the same.
I've given a real life example of that. One you just glossed over.

If that same newbie want's to find some wingnut that feels otherwise and follow them, well, that's on them. Their choice. Their responsibility. Their consequences to pay if things go sideways.
People have a right to be idiots They have a right to make mistakes. They have a right to fuck up. They have a right to be human with all quirks and pettiness and cruelties we have.
Again, just because I think someone should have a right to do something doesn't mean that I would do so or think its the smart or right thing to do. The same way that I think you are dead wrong on this but I 100% support your right to feel that way and say so.
Of course, I equally support my 100% right to disagree with you and mock the ridiculousness you post.
Questions:
-Do you think people should have the right to skydive? Base jump? What about those wingsuits?
-Do you watch the NFL? Do you think people should be legally allowed to play football considering the fact that research shows that 100% of NFL players have brain trauma from concussion syndrome? Should Roger Goodell go to prison for making $40 million a year off of players impairments and deaths?
-What about NASCAR? People die there on a quasi regular basis. Should the owners of race teams be charged with homicide if a driver of theirs dies?
-Should people be allowed to risk their lives in pursuit of pleasure? Should others be allowed to do things that help them risk their lives, like say take someone on their first base jump or fly an airplane that skydivers jump out of or run an extreme sports video company?
Or should grown people be able to make the risk reward judgements in their lives based on their individual needs and wants?
