I want to show my master these afterwards.
I annoy her into strangling me often.
I don't want to give up being strangled because it's the best feeling in the world to me, I know that it should be to please my master and I am very ashamed of myself.
I am weak and do not possess the willpower to change so how can I be trained by my master. If she chooses to.

Have her do breath play with you as a reward. You wash dishes, dry them, put them away for inspection and do them again, just for good measure, for punishment.

Submissive women and I suppose men move in the direction you wish only with a reward for good (edited to "desired") behavior. Withhold reward to punish. Trying to punish them with words and extra duty will anger and depress them. Punish with whips or cages or such only encourages them to make you angry again.

Nookienotes is right....if you enjoy it then it isn't punishment it is reward or an activity for giving pleasure. This is where communication comes in and one small reason why it is so important. You and your Master need to communicate and find a suitable punishment for you....something you find unpleasant or even hate. If you feel guilty about something you should talk to your Master about it using whatever communication protocols are in place if any of course.

As usual, communication is the key. Mind reading does not work reliably (yet)

As a sub you need to let your Master/Mistress know what and how you like it.
If your Master/Mistress is any good, they will make some rules/orders to incorporate that.

Example:
Sub likes to be naughty, get caught and punished (e.g. spanked) for it. She also likes wearing high heals.
Master orders her to wear flat shoes (no heals) and will she get spanked for every inch of heal.
Result: She still wears high heals (which both enjoy) and she will get spanked for it and told what bad girl she is for doing so.
