Stuffed cabbage is my choice. For a big appetite I'd to 2 pounds of ground meat, a head of cabbage, egg, can of tomato soup, can of tomato paste, instant rice (or the other kind cooked), and spices. Boil the head of cabbage and separate the leaves. You will have to cut around the core. Mix raw ground meat with some rice (your choice as to how much), an egg, a tablespoon of tomato paste, and spices. Pick the 10 best cabbage leaves and add the meat mixture to each one and roll up. Use extra leaves on the bottom of the pan so the rolls don't burn. Mix tomato soup and paste with water and spices to cover the rolls. I like sauerkraut so add a can of that if you like it too, but it's optional. Bring to a boil and then simmer for an hour. I prefer cooking this in a pressure cooker but not everyone has one.
