Oh yes, he could definitely pull you in with that voice. I mean, its was no Morgan Freeman or James Earl Jones voice, but Alan Rickmam could make you think of wicked things in ways those two could not.

I was watching the 60th Anniversary special for Disney tonight. They showed previews for the movie "Through the Looking Glass" (Alice in Wonderland). I noticed it will have the voice of Alan Rickman as the Blue Caterpillar. They must have shot it before he passed.

That's very sad.
I only knew him from Harry Potter. I haven't seen the other movies that I can recall.
Very distinct voice. I didn't find it sexy, but chilling. Very good actor in Harry Potter, played the perfect part.
