Men have been beaten over the head for decades about "male privilege this, male privilege that. The feminists in the western world make up these fairytales that indicate men are super duper privileged while women are these underprivileged victims.

Just pointing out that female privilege exist will likely get you labelled as a misogynist, whiner, right wing asshole. But its all okay to mention male privilege at any place and any time of course...which is a female privilege within it's self.

Anyway, Christina Hoff Sommers once again makes a fabulous video that ventures into the world of "privilege"

Personally, I dislike the phrase, "check your privilege." Privilege is not the neat dichotomy that people want to make it out to be.

This particular poster has some legitimate issues. The problem is that he whines and whines and whines about them. No solutions. No plans. No action. Just whining.

Think about it this way: if I posted a response to every one of your posts that pretty much equaled, "You are oppressing me, you big meaning," wouldn't you tell me to get over myself and put my big girl panties on?

In this case, this poster starts threads that are pretty much, "You wimminz are meanies that are oppressing me!"

I am a widow with children, who moved to a po-dunk town, on the Olympic Peninsula of Washington State, a couple of years ago. I am sure that if I really worked at it, I could go oppress someone other than my children. But frankly, I have other, more fun things to go do. Like helping my son, feed the worms.

If you watch, you will notice that while people all along the political spectrum disagree with each other, no one joins in with this cry-bully poster. He reminds me of Dennis the Peasant, but not funny.

Status: offline 		Merc, Feminists/leftists/SJWs have always told me that I am holding this uber privilege simply because I am a male. The funny thing is that I have never felt or seen this supposed privilege.

The problem I see is when people on the left look at men or whites, they only acknowledge the people at the top of them demographic groups while ignoring the others at the bottom. On the other hand, when people on the left look at women or people from minority races, they only acknowledge people from the bottom in them demographic groups while ignoring the ones at the top.

She can steal your money, destroy your stereo and other shit and you can't do a goddamn thing about it, even smack her upside the head. And in almost any divorce case, the main issue is how much SHE gets from YOU.

Some fucking privilege.

Everytime a business venture is decided by the old white guys, sitting through a meeting listening to them try to wring every last dollar. Everytime yoi don't get harassed by cops. Everytime you don't have to get a second opinion from a mechanic because they won't rip you off

If she is really pulling the old fake abuse card, put a camera or wire on you. It's not that hard and way cheaper than a divorce. As soon as you get it on camera or audio, any legitimacy. But you're too involved with yourself, your work and believe her to be an inferior who should bow down and obey her patriarch, to listen to her.

The extreme feminists have gone too far in respons to continued sexism from males just like Islamic extremists are fueled western societies hatred of them. Their can be no shadow without light, and the more rage and ramble, the greater your opposition. That's why the guy who started ISIS was a former Guantanamo prisoner. What chance has a white guy got in countries like asia, africa, middle east, to make it president/PM, or in positions in higher power even close to that?

Why aren't they racist? Why is it only whites are racist when there is an disparity in a white majority society?

In other words, you have no explanation, no logical argument against my point, or shall I say against the ridiculous and stupid double standard. So therefore, you slam white men as a response. That doesn't make you look sexist and racist against white men at all...gotta larf.

If I was to make such a reply against women or people from a minority group if it was mentioned that there was discrimination against them, I would be the bad guy, not the people expressing the problem.

The silly leftists just don't seem to understand the difference between equality and double standards.

In the western world, the biggest gender privilege I see which out privileges any other gender privilege is the "empathy gap".

Activism? As in getting up off your butt and actually doing something as opposed to staying put and whining and whingeing forever? For poor little nicki? Poor little nicki's world would collapse if he were to discover solutions instead of problems.

I fear that your suggestion dreamlady, despite its inherent merit, will enter one of nicki's ears and leave by the other instantaneously. Doing things doesn't appear to be nicki's forte, indeed it doesn't even appear to be in his repertoire. He's much rather hang around like a bad smell and annoy the tits off all and sundry with his endless whingeing and pathetic self pity.

Best to leave him to wallow in it, I suspect.
