So many or ALL fucking feminists can't even discuss men's issues. So please don't think that even the majority understand the "lived experience" of a man. Because you chauvinist fucks don't give a shit about my gender and yet expect men to give a shit about yours.

It's a one way street when it comes to feminism. They expect men to help feminism but feminism never wants to help men. You feminists are a bunch of self centered chauvinist hypocrites.

You're making shit up again. It has been explained to you over and over how many feminists make a real point of discussing mens' issues... your refusal to embrace the actual facts makes you look stupid.

I know that there are people on the side of feminism who are as shouty and drooly as you... but I don't make any assumptions about either men or feminists on the basis of your nonsense or theirs.

MercTech -> RE: Lived Experience (2/7/2016 5:21:57 AM)

As several on here have told me on occasion "person experience is just anecdotal evidence and has little credence in an arguement".

So, I guess "lived experience" only counts when a modern faux feminist totalitarian has it.

Lucylastic -> RE: Lived Experience (2/7/2016 9:49:50 AM)

lol using the words "modern faux feminist totalitarian"
is your experience.
Your words:) own them, not guess or assume

Lucylastic -> RE: Lived Experience (2/7/2016 10:02:09 AM)

As its still largely "icky" even to women, the discussion on the natural female experience, cannot be felt by men. That isnt their fault, and they can certainly feel it thru their experiences with women, mothers, siblings, relatives and friends as well as wives. Usually only when there is a problem. But there are thousands of ways it can be a problem.
Half the population will have, or have had years of menstruation on their experience. FACT
men dont....simples. FACT
The fact that half the population have menstruation for 30-40 years and beyond, isnt a single anecdote or personal experience.
That some men suffer from their hormonal bleeding womens reality isnt their fault either,
Their desire NOT to know and or talk about it is.
we really dont curdle milk yanno

Without anecdotal evidence and without isolated incidents of a few feminists did this or that, let's see if people in here can come up with what exactly and how much feminism does for men.

Amongst other things, reducing the number of helpless women, increasing the economic participation rate and addresses gold digging. It's also been helping to establish leave for new fathers amongst other thing. The extremes of any movement are generally insane. You can't generalize any group by the extremes. That's statistics 101

Feminism freed women from oppressive and subservient sex roles and empowered women to discover and satisfy their own sexualities. Allied with reproductive autonomy enabled by advances in contraception, a lot more women liberated themselves from the shackles of repressive sex roles and became more adventurous in their sex lives. The outcome was a far more open, freer world of sexual expression for both men and women.

For men, that meant a lot more men being laid more often if and when they were prepared to accept women as equal partners. Unfortunately this development seems to have passed poor little nicki by. However I would imagine that most men would consider that being laid more often is a very positive side effect of feminism for men.

Oh bullshit. Greeks have a far more patriarchal society than the US and have sex 3x as often.

You simply cannot prove your bullshit narrative.

Feminism is helping bring men's issues to light. Without it, for example, you wouldn't be here to discuss how much you despise feminism and all the issues men face.

Additionally, the fight for women's rights and equality is helping to take the burden off of men in certain areas. In another thread, the discussion is on drafting women for the U.S. Military. Which came about due to women demanding equal jobs and treatment within the military. Should there be a draft, and women are also included, that saves some men from the burden.

Clearly, there is a long way to go for both men and women. But one idea and step leads to another.

Oh my! Another person who seems unaware of the revolution in sexual behaviour that has occurred in the West since the early days of feminism/'Womens Lib' and the Pill in the 1960s. From wiki:
"The sexual revolution, also known as a time of sexual liberation, was a social movement that challenged traditional codes of behavior related to sexuality and interpersonal relationships throughout the Western world from the 1960s to the 1980s.[1] Sexual liberation included increased acceptance of sex outside of traditional heterosexual, monogamous relationships (primarily marriage).[2] The normalization of contraception and the pill, public nudity, pornography, premarital sex, homosexuality and alternative forms of sexuality, and the legalization of abortion all followed.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sexual_revolution

There's a lot more detail on the wiki page. My impression, rightly or wrongly, is that you have lived through this historical phenomenon. Many would agree that it is one of the defining features of recent social history in the West. That you fail to recognise its existence even as it was happening all around you is an indicator of the extent of your self imposed ideologically-driven blindness. It seems that if the facts don't suit your ideological narrative, then they are ignored or denied.

Eh? Everything you ever say about feminists is anecdotal, respectmen. Your image of them is of bogeywomen, built on what you've read a few self-described feminists to have done on your slack-arsed, propagandist MRA websites. Nobody owes you any intellectual rigour.

And it what way do your bold italics state that MORE SEX occurred. Short answer. They don't.

Every generation thinks they invented sex.

Tweakabelle

Are you fucking kidding? Contemporary feminism claims that male sexuality, or in other words, female objectification, is oppressive to women. Basically, men who are wired differently are expected to run their sexuality like women or else they are wrong.

That is far from men having a liberated sexuality.

Feminists even come up with such craziness like "stare rape"

I really like this...

http://antimisandry.com/members/marx-albums72-3232.jpg

Not to mention, the social androphobia that comes with anyone who happens to have a penis.

Such as here

http://www.news.com.au/lifestyle/real-life/true-stories/how-a-halfasecond-sex-assault-charge-ruined-this-mans-life/news-story/9252ea521fd7c7a572c8d7e518f4d852

And here

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3fL9RmVtMP0

More than any time in the past, in the western world, men are put under a constant spotlight of being potentially evil for simply having a penis from all directions of life.
