True. But on the other hand, I'm reminded of what Dan Savage says about "blumkin" and other similar acts that tend to show up on urbandictionary.
I mean, at this point I'm pretty sure the only things that haven't been done are those that human anatomy renders impossible. But I can also pretty confidently say that a sizeable number of them are so rare that it's not worth having a special shorthand for them.
