Ever run across a kink that kind of sounds interesting but you have never tried it nor known anyone who has?

I could have swore I read somewhere that there are certain foods (such as some types of sushi) that aren't a great idea for the 'human buffet' thing. Something about the body temperature after a while warms the food and encourages bacteria growth. Foods normally served at room temperature are supposed to be fine but foods that are supposed to be chilled don't make the best selections.
