Has anyone ever found a practical method to lock the bra/breast forms onto a CD sub to prevent removal? Best I've ever come up with is superglue. Or simply keeping hands out of reach. I'd like an actual locking method though, so that hands could be free. Any ideas?

Sew a small d ring onto both sides and use a little luggage lock to connect them.

I agree with DesFIP that adding a lock to a bra (probably front-closure rather than back-closure would work better) would be cheap and easy. Go to a fabric store and check out some of the clasps for purses or bags. I think the D rings are an excellent idea!

Does the sub have nipple piercings? Poke them through the bra, then lock the piercings.
