It depend on the size of the dildo being used and if enough lube is used and so on, it shoul not be more painful than normal sex.

Is it vaginal or anal penetration?

Either way, take it slow, use lots of lube & you should be fine. If there is pain, it is being done wrong. Other than a slight burning sensation as flesh stretches (also depends on the size of the phallas used) there shouldn't really be any pain.

Seriously, my advice would be:  the use of a strap-on ANYWHERE... should be pleasureable.  A tiny little smear of blood as a result is one thing... but actual pain or real bleeding is something else.  Always use lots of lube and go S L O W L Y if you're new at such sexual penetration!!! (or pleasure... heh heh heh)

Using a strap on shouldn't be "extremely" painful; if it is, it's your body warning you that something is not right in messing with a very sensitive area, and if that happens you have a responsibility to inform your domina so that she will stop.  Have plenty of foreplay, relax your body as you submit to your dom/me, and please beg for plenty of good and lasting lubrication.

I don't know anything about your relationship, and what limits you and your domme may have established, but "punishment" that involves inserting things into either the anus or the vagina with the goal of punishing with pain can be really, really dangerous. You are not a rubber blow up doll, and you have tissues and internal organs that can be damaged. Your domme can flail the hide right off your bum, and barring infection, chances are that in a few days time, you'll be fine. Forcing hard objects into your body in anger is something else entirely.

Strap ons get rather BIG what do she mean by the biggest one avilable, if whatever opening you got is not used to it, to use somthing to big is not only painful, it is dangerous. One can punish and cause pain whit sex but in moderation if it get to extremly painful, it is time to back of, there are delicate tissues that can be damaged. You need to talk whit you Mistress and find out what she actualy is planning to do and if it is safe, and if it is in your relationship to obey blindly, you better hope real hard she is a sane, sensible woman, or you can win yourself a trip to the emergency room.

If you are in a relationship with someone you trust not to hurt you, than let her use the strap on unless you had previously discussed this as a hard limit.

While I feel very much responsible for my submissive/slave when I am with one, I very much expect him to use his brain and tell me when something feels completely wrong, because even though I take measures to be safe, he's the one feeling the pain of whatever I'm doing, and I'd rather he told me before permanent or ER visiting damage occurred.
