Wait. You just had it proved that you're a sock puppet and you want me to keep proving it? Like I said, I've done it several times for folks on the forums through private email. Keep having your little challenge. I won't be doing it on the boards to violate ToS.

As for Folsom, like I said, feel free to spend your money there. It goes to a number of charities. However, you won't have any direct interaction with me. But, really, have a great time.

I like good names that wander from the classical malarkey, names that make me smile, names that are the Enantiomer

Granted in the beginning, many moons ago, I called myself MasterJamesUK – I was young, back then and foolish, but even in yonder days of yore I was master of all muffins, cats and Drambuie - cant afford that these days hence the cheap bedwetting Chardonnay.
Other names than this wickedone, or similar variant, I have used are LordMuffin SchrödingersSock to pick my favourites.

clone being of no purpose, some refer to you as sock on here and they do not understand your existent....even I am having trouble with it

Your question is deeply flawed. Sure finding someone genuine talk to, or falling in love with, is hard on these places - rudimentary causes being Fantasist & bad stereotype (both interchangeable – Therefore one basically creates the other and vice versa. But your qualifications are vacuous for you to sit in judgement and ask that very question..that aside which tar and plumage would you like today...

What Lucylastic said.

Sock puppets with no profile are questioning others on the forums?

no, sock puppets with no profile are getting women to interact with them on the forums because the ones they try to interact with in real life keep running away. But I suppose everyone needs a hobby and some of the responses are funny as shit.

What exactly gives you any legitimate right to go about calling yourself 'MISTRESS'? Did you just wake up on morning and have a brain storm and decide you were to be referred to as Mistress? Are you some Gentleman's fancy woman or Mistress, a bit on the side? Is the title a self styled fantasy one? Was it bestowed upon you by others in the lifestyle? Are you a bizarre Prima Donna? Do you suffer from Delusions of Grandeur? Are you a pompous misogynist? How high is your intellect? Are you a mature woman of life experience or a little shirly girlie with outlandish ambitions and an over sized ego to match your obesity? Are you a woman that is a natural a proven natural leader that people of both genders follow instinctively? How do you define the multi meaning word of Mistress?

Bud....they're chics.

Any questions?

So succinctly put, for the simple-minded.

Actually OP, it's my sub who calls me Mistress. No one else gets that privilege.

DreamLady

P.S. I will sometimes permit a tentative sub-under-consideration or even a good male sub friend to address me as "Lady" (they tend to act lost or at odds when given just my regular surname) -- anybody can refer to me as "lady," per standard etiquette.

OP & company, your next screen name should be "feeblemindedchap," if you're open to taking suggestions.

How do you define the multi meaning word of Mistress?

Very simple. Mistress is the feminine form of Master.
Btw, there are some female Masters who prefer to be called Master, not Mistress.
{You can go ahead and skip down to the bottom for the short answer.}

The Master and the Mistress are the Lord and Lady of the Manor, figuratively speaking (if not of literal titled rank).
A Headmistress, for example, is in charge of a private academy.

My personal belief is that the common term of "mistress" started as a euphemism, and as a way to distinguish between a steady relationship commitment outside of marriage and merely a casual fling or piece on the side.

This is why I don't find the use of "mistress" to be vulgar, derogatory or demeaning to a woman.
In fact, rather than "less-than," aside from not having automatically recognized societal/legal rights - common-law notwithstanding - it can carry the connotation that this "other" woman has rule over her paramour because she is his mistress or female master.

By viewing a M/mistress's role in this manner, you can see the link between common usage and D/s Ownership.

Not a stretch from understanding that being a Mistress is the same as being a female Owner, whether currently or by having been one in the past.

It is rather interesting about the origin of the word Mistress. It dates back to the 14th century of French origin. Its meaning back then was more broadly "having authority or control". In the original meaning there was no connotation of impropriety.

The term Mistress in the 17th & 18th century often referred to a woman who was a business owner or a single wealthy woman. Again the meaning had no connotation of impropriety. Mistress was often abbreviated with Mrs. Many people reading historical documents often mistake Mrs. for a married woman.

The modern day version of Mistress with the dominatrix meaning did not appear until 1921.

I don't see myself as a Mistress. I am no longer dealing with do-me subs and slaves because frankly they would try to top me all the time and that is not my style.

As for the socks...get a life. Get out of your momma's basement and get some vitamin D into your system. There is more to life than a 15 inch screen and a few bytes and gigs.

Don't think you really meant to respond to me, even though CS makes it appear you did ... so I ignored your post, but for the above quote.

Hell, a Dominant Lady from West Virginia is coming to spend Easter Weekend in my home.

The point in sharing this is, She seems wildly infatuated with me (W/we spent five days together at Xmas); and initially met here on CS.

Yes, falling in love with another is hard to do on ALL online places (not just kink sites) ... yet even as I say this to you, I find myself doing a cost benefit analysis of the Mistress and i getting married. And i must confess, the results show, its a viable, possible outcome, financially. I add this comment because She already wants to move in with me.

That said, still not sure this Easter Weekend will lead to anything more than a fun weekend. Yet I have thought ahead, just in case.

THE BOTTOM LINE being: it IS possible to find romance on these sites, too!
