Sort of....

Its a line (paraphrased obviously) from shakespeare.

Henry V

a play about the battle of Agincourt.

I would guess its a good thing if someone said it to you.

According to Google:
You seem reasonably well balanced with cinnamongirl woman.
You may think you are strange but there is no logical method in your otherwise apparent madness.
I urge you to keep your open mind and do not pre judge.
Do not take any side in this dispute online but please always remain neutral.
We appreciate his warnings concerning our well thank you.
We'd not mind having the occasional joke at our expense. Often we laugh at our own sock puppets ads in the forums.

As for God, Harry, and England, well I suspect he is trying to make some lame ass reference to Shakespeare's Henry V, what given him misspelling St Crispin in his username.

Cry God for Harry, England and St George! I have never been to England. I heard to can have tea with the Queen? Do they still all walk around in fancy dress? Is it still a gigantic Hollywood overseas film set? What part of England Are Scotland and Wales in? Is Cardiff in London? Do they make cornish pasties in Worcestershire? Do they make Melton Mowbray pork pies in Yorkshire? Do Yorkshire puddings come from Cornwall?

What is Welsh rarebit? Is Sherlock Homes still working as ace detective at Scotland Yard? Why can't American tourists find Lycester square when they go to London? Is London in Northumberland?
