Thanks everyone for the concern and the good advice.

I called my doctor this morning, and she said that what was written on her charts was my normal blood pressure (120/80 range).  She put me on hold and talked to the nurse for a while.  When she got back on the phone, she apologized profusely.  Apparently the nurse had read me the wrong numbers and written the correct ones.  When she asked the nurse, the nurse said, "You know, I think it's my fault," and admitted that she'd screwed up.  WOOT!  So apparently I'm OK.  It's frustrating that such a serious thing could be so easily mixed up, but the bottom line is that I'm still healthy.

As for the other things that I have to bring up, I have another appointment with her next Wednesday, so I'm going to wait to bring it up then... hopefully not with a speculum stuck up my nether regions.  LOL.  Ouch.

I really do appreciate everyone's concern and support.  It means a lot to me. [:)]

That is wonderful news, however if you again feel faint especially when sitting down go to the MD/ER and have your pressure checked, unless you can do it at home.

Make sure you are drinking plenty in this weather,  dehydration is not fun and can cause serious problems.

If you ever have any questions feel free to contact me,  I am a RN not a obgyn but i have some knowledge and use my resources if i dont know.

All the best

Glad you got some peace of mind on that.

I'm glad things are better.  But I think you need to address the entire fainting thing with your doctor, in detail, during your next visit.

NOMC you have gotten great advice here except the coffee.......caffiene not good when pregnant
I agree, but I was thinking that low blood pressure that causes someone to pass out is more harmful than a cup of coffee to raise her blood pressure, but understand that thinking is controversial.

In any event, I'm glad things turned out okay NOMC.   M
