No, not exactly. "N"s do not rely solely on their 5 physical senses or what is blatantly observable. It is more difficult for a magician to pull a sleigh-of-hand on them, for example. They can think out of the box. Einstein was an "N" and if he did not trust his intuitive knowledge, then he would have been just another ordinary mathematician or stuck to his career as a patent clerk.
As for strong "J"s, yes they can be rigid in their thinking, jump to conclusions, be difficult to reason with, and conform to the status quo. On the other hand, iconoclasts are also strong "J" types, and combination "NJ"s are capable of setting up new systems and structures as well as implementing them efficiently. "SJ"s are more the type to tow the line and go by the book.

Nope, I don't know where these people got their data, but this is wrong, wrong, wrong.
While there are some men who do the cream-pie thing (and I have nothing against that, all of my LTR partners have but not as a post-coital act in itself), cunnilingus tends to be a progression in foreplay before copulation.
Pre-coital orgasm in the female serves to expand her uterus and cause cervical contractions as does peri-coital orgasm during sexual intercourse; post-coital orgasm would simply be an added insurance measure, which does not rely upon cunnilingus whatsoever (unless that's the only sexual act which can get a woman off, in which case pre-coital orgasm would take care of that condition).
There are two primary logical/pragmatic reasons for performing cunnilingus, for the purpose of
(1) readying the female for intercourse (as evidenced by the common practice which takes place when a female animal in heat accepts a male animal to mate with), thus ensuring that she is sufficiently lubricated, receptively aroused or readied to mate, and
(2) to further arouse the female as a sexual stimulant, and/or to prolong the sexual encounter for multiple copulations.
{Honorary Mention Item No. (3) In both human males and male animals, the olfactory stimulus on their part gets them further aroused and stimulated, thus prolonging their ability to perform sexually. Sperm retention is about the retention of their own sperm not getting displaced by another male's contribution.}
