ORIGINAL: MasterBrentC What the dumbocrats and the repubican establishment fail to realize is that the majority of the American people do not like what has happened to this country for the past 20 or so years. Obama is just the latest one in a long line of liberals who has spent this country into oblivion. The past two mid-term elections has sent hundreds of Republicans to stop what Obama is doing a d the repubicans do nothing to stop him. Therefore Donald Trump is a protest vote against the Dumbocrats and Repubicans to get this country back where we used to be. Except Trump is, essentially one of those dumbocrats. If he wins, he'll be the only president in US history to have donated six-figures to his opponent (assuming Hillary). The man supports planned parenthood, single payer health care, eminent domain, the assault weapons ban, and recently proposed changing libel laws to chill free speech. He's a not just a big government type. He's a YYUUUGGEEE government type. If he's your protest against government, you HAVE to think the reason the government keeps failing is because it's not doing enough, and we need much, much more of it. So far as I can tell, he's after the McCain voters. People who like angry RINOs. At the end of the day, Trump is the ULTIMATE "RINO." Don't bet on that. I'm a developer (on a very small scale, all things considered) and I donate to EVERY person running for office in my district/area. You can be certain....If I "dun it".....on my scale....it's done every day on a much larger one. Oh I'm sure you "invest" heavily in politicians. Especially the big government ones that want to involve themselves in everything you do. But I said he'd be the first President to have donated six figures to his opponent. Not the first developer to go buy a politician. Actually, I don't invest heavily in (any) politicians at all (nor did I say, or suggest, I did). But when I do get involved, I bet on both sides. Did you have anything else you'd like to (attempt) to use to emasculate me or, was this your best shot? I'm not trying to emasculate you, I'm trying to separate politicians and developers. Of course, if you feel emasculated anyway... Look, I'll try to explain this in a way maybe you can understand: I stated that Trump would be the first President to have donated six figures to his opponent. In the previous election, Trump donated a very large amount of money to Hillary Clinton. Because guess what? Back then he thought Hillary would make a "Fantastic President." Now, here we are, four years later, and he's running against her, and he's starting to call her names. No presidential candidate EVER, has donated anything like that amount of money to someone, only to turn around and run against them. You told me 'don't bet on that' and stated that developers often spend money on both political parties. I don't disagree with that, but until now, none of those developers ever ran for President against someone they have donated so heavily to. At least so far as I know. Of course, if you'd like to offer up an example and prove me wrong, feel free to do so. Otherwise, you can go back to feeling all emasculated and butt hurt.
