What you seem to be seeking is a unicorn playmate. Unicorns are already scarce as it is, and are in high demand to join into a poly household headed by a couple who will treat her as a family member. That isn't what you have to offer, so it just makes your search all the harder.

If you haven't done so already, you might want to consider going out as a couple into the BDSM community where you can play casually with others, get a better feel for what it is you're looking for; but more importantly, letting others see how you interact as an M/f couple in person so that you can attract the type of bisexual female sub who would be interested in having steady playdates.
