There is certainly no conspiracy of female superiority.
Speaking for myself, I had an awesome dad who was the finest gentleman and man's man I have ever known, great male relatives, a devoted husband and father to our two wonderful sons who were raised to express themselves as the special and unique individuals they always were from birth and have turned out to continue to be.
I will not hesitate to call out any woman who wrongs another (as the occasion permits), whether it be man, woman or child (and/or critter).

No, what OP is a proponent of stands on its own merits or, rather, its own lack of merit.

Status: offline 		I don't know who 'Nicky' is. There is a Nicole Fiamingo profiled in LinkedIn but from her photo she is obviously not the one giving the talk in the video. There is a Janice Fiamengo at the University of Ottawa who resembles the Professor in the video.

Maybe I am misreading the posts above but Professor Fiamengo is not defending the term microaggression; she is deriding it. Becomes obvious near the end of the video. So, the OP's comments are spot on. But of course you all did watch the video to the end, right?

That's the whole point, Vincent. Nick's - that is, respectmen's - sole purpose for being here is to pump his anti-feminist propaganda. He's linked to Fiamengo before. Presumably, Nick assumes that Fiamengo's views carry a lot of clout because she's a) female and b) a professor.
