Not sure whether you are looking for genuine advice, sympathy, or just trolling for a response.
From the point of view of advice, you know how to get your computer back, however by the time you (or your friendly local tech) has reinstalled your software, you will have lost most of what is valuable in terms of all of your data and files. You can go with doing what this "Domme" wants but that very much depends on what he or she wants from the blackmail. Why let go of your balls when it is so easy to keep hold of them and just squeeze tighter?
As for sympathy I can only ask you what you thought the Domme was doing when they asked for Teamviewer access to your computer, if it wasn't to micromanage your life or humiliate you at best, or steal from you at worst? Did you think they wanted to play with your software or see how you had set up your OS? If you were gullible enough to give someone that level of control, you might get sympathy for having no forethought or imagination the first time. Any further errors of judgement however could only be considered unintelligent or wilfully negligent.
The trolling explanation really gets the edge however. You are messing around with a Domme and Teamviewer and you won't take a picture of yourself dressed as a woman with a dildo in your mouth? Seems pretty tame to me. Either you are loving the frisson of being "forced" to do something a bit forbidden, or you are making this up.
If you were really concerned about your computer, why were you only concerned about the titillating sexual games? Why were you not more concerned about identity theft and fraud? A couple of pictures of you looking stupid can be explained away. Losing all your money and giving someone the capacity to defraud you and others seems far more scary to me.
As I said I suspect you are either really enjoying this and this post is all part of that game. Or this is just a trolling post looking for a reaction.
Alternatively if you hadn't worked out the possibility of your being bled dry financially, then I am really sorry for you.
