To add to this, So the asswipe about protecting yourself from tyranny, that these gun free zones are an invitation to death, the sworn oath by nutsuckers, catamite of the NRA, that they will not attend venues that would abridge their 2nd amendment rights, the chickenhawk wannabe John Wayne draft dodging denizens of hell are shitting their pants 4-5000 wide, and afraid of one pussy leftwing guy or some other fearful prospect? They gonna let the secret service run the party? what are these chickenshit pussies gonna do if they are elected?

No, I think they better slink off and hide out and derail this and hope it goes away so they can howl and shit their pants another day. Chickenshits. They are inviting death and rape by criminals, and they will have only their dicks in their hands.

This is what I call, a pointless comment! Just proves my point that Libs is against freedom of speech.

Who is "Libs"? You might want to learn what "freedom of speech" really is before ever using that phrase again.

Wrong Bama... in Missouri every one of the places I have mentioned are legal to carry firearms with the consent of the owners. With the exception of the Zoo but that case is in court and expected to be approved.

I shall go with the most literal meaning. Telling someone to stop talking, is telling them to stop speaking. Thus is against Freedom of Speech.

Butch

In Alabama it isn't.

Then maybe you see why I have trouble with guns here in Missouri...

Check out THESE bills proposed by our legislature.

But you have called for laws that are a egregious violation of everyones rights.
Further you have a problem that allows anyone to exorcise their 2nd amendment rights.
You also have difficulty understanding the difference between proposing a bill and passng one.
Last year several Dems in Congress proposed a bill to ban semiautomatics of all kinds. That is not the same as it being the law. Funny though, while that bill was up for discussion I was told time after time that NOBODY was trying to take guns away. I guess Dem Congressmen are nobody.

All those bills will be passed... I mean the Republican pro gun bills because the Republicans have a super majority in both houses... They can also over-ride a veto by the governor. The Democratic bills will never reach a vote...but

The anti bills are terrible are they not... lets see... requiring gun sales through a licensed dealer... oh the horror...Add gun violence to restraining orders... oh the double horror...A bill that states...Oh MY GOD the horror of horrors... imagine crazy people

Physician shall then evaluate the prospective firearm purchaser for such indicators and contrain dicators and
risk factors and determine if such firearm purchase would increase such purchaser's risk
of experiencing an adverse physical, emotional, or other health reaction

If someone steal your gun you are an accomplice in any crime they commit.
The physician can't afford to say anyone can have a gun, a thousand mistakes in stopping people will never be notices but one mistake allowing ownership will ruin him.
Right how horrible that I should sell a gun to my son. Have you noticed the all of the mass shootings have been in states with universal background checks and no they didn't go out of state to get the guns?
Everyone of your wonderful ideas only limit people who are getting their guns for legitimate purposes. Trickle down criminalogy stick it to the legitimate owners and some day, in a couple of decades, maybe it will do something about crime.

"That is what you get for listening to the media.
There are a couple of states where CCW holders who are COLLEGE STUDENTS are allowed to carry. However nowhere is it legal for KIDS to carry guns to school. "

In the old days, kids used to take their new rifle to school for show and tell.

There were no school shootings.

You should take your own advice.

As I suspected you misrepresented the laws.
CCW carriers who happen to be going to COLLEGE can still carry.
That is not allowing people to carry in schools like you said.
There is nothing in there about legalizing carry in bars.
The only thing I find objectionable is exemting Firearms and Amunition from taxes.

Termyn8or -> RE: Allow Guns at GOP Convention? (3/29/2016 12:12:34 PM)

In Ohio, a business owner is allowed to make his business a gun free zone and it is enforced by law. He needs to post a conforming sign on the doors citing a certain ORC (Ohio Revised Code) to make it a criminal offense. It never applies to LEOs but applies to CCWs as well as open carriers.

However, NOW, if you have a CCW the cops do not even ask you if you are carrying, like during a traffic stop or other usual encounter.

Of course this is Ohio, not Connecticut or Massachusetts where they wipe their ass with the Constitution. New York too. Actually, they do wipe their ass with the Constitution here, F. Lee Bailey refuses to practice law here because of it. A few lawyers have told me also that there are counties in this state that are worse than the Soviet Union was. And that shit stands until they fuck with someone with enough money to fight them up to the higher courts, from jail. But it happens from time to time.

In fact most of your Constitutional rights are enforced because of someone who got busted and had enough money for the right lawyer to fight an unconstitutional law. But until their misfortune comes up to find one of these people, you are fucked.

Would be something though, if the candidates got shot there by some crazoid. Only thing to hope for is that other gun owners will make sure he won't do it again. And possibly they will bring out a better set of candidates because none of them are worth shit. You really want Jeb Fucking Bush ? Trump would be better just because he is different. Than Bush.

And Kasich is not god's gift. this state has almost the shittiest economy in the nation. What is worse, Michigan ? Where else ? Hard to find ain't it !

So Trump is not a really good businessman, but look at GW Bush. Went to Texas and could not find oil. Ran a shitload of businesses into the ground. For a time when you put "failure" into Google his name came up. Trump may be a joke, but not that bad of a joke. Pretty bad, but we survived eight years of worse.

And I agree with whoever said have the democrats in like Chicago or something. No secret service ans all of them checked for guns. All unarmed. Show me how much balls you liberals have and that we who have guns are cowards. DO IT. Really. Go there, and no secret service. Completely vulnerable like you want to make us motherfuckers. You got the balls to do that ?

I didn't think so.

Whitman.

Totally irelevant, Whitman was not a student at the college, and you should be able to tell that he was talking about public schools not colleges.
Even if we pretend that your example is relevant one with the old laws, how many with the new?

Termyn8or -> RE: Allow Guns at GOP Convention? (3/29/2016 12:21:53 PM)

"Whitman."

Got any more ? We average like what, ten a year now ? Wasn't like that in 1966 when half of us (at least people I knew) had a gun in the glove box of the car. Fuck, it was almost like standard equipment.

What changed is people. We had Men and Women then. Now 40 year olds are like fucking teenagers and subject to fits of anger and all that shit. I do not wonder why people want to take the guns away, I just do not support it. Just kill the stupid motherfuckers and the world will be a better place.

Kennedy, Kennedy, X, MLK, Oswald, Rockwell. Havent thought about it too much yet.

Termyn8or -> RE: Allow Guns at GOP Convention? (3/29/2016 12:32:22 PM)

"and you should be able to tell that he was talking about public schools not colleges"

Tricky here.

Define public school. In the old days the members of a community would send a letter to some state with a college and hire up a schoolteacher. They built a schoolhouse and paid the teacher to teach. Sometimes it was one room, now try teaching 1st grade, 2nd grade, 3rd grad 4th grade... all at the same time. Actually I think the younger kids got more out of it.

But the federal government had absolutely nothing to do with it, and kids got accepted to colleges "out east" and became doctors and inventors and whatever. The ones who didn't make it somehow tended the farm I guess. but some were not dumb as a box of rocks, started businesses n shit. Factories springing up everywhere, learn to read a micrometer and work a lathe or something. They weren't electric, they ran off a big shaft near the roof that drove belts that turned the lathe head, and that was off of a steam engine. Skills mattered.

A different time.

Did you read that in the bills?
