Wow...couldn't believe it when I read it today. She's gone. For me she will forever be a young teenager. I watched the Patty Duke show when I was a teeny bopper. Loved watching her place 2 opposite characters. Her performance in The Miracle Worker fascinated me. I had not realized she was also bi polar and was an advocate for the mentally ill.

Yes, I am crazy about feathered creatures. I have a dozen chickens, 3 ducks, 5 geese, and 2 parakeets.

Revise that number. Just got 14 new chicks and 5 turkeys.

yes patti was a great actress who at the time was the youngest acadmemy awardee at just 16, she also helped pave the way for better understanding of mental disorders
