Happy April Fool's everyone! Don't be an asshole and put salt in the sugar dispenser...

The irises are blooming, it's threatening rain and I am literally neck deep in crocheting projects. Had to break down and order shorts for the summer since all but 2 pairs are ragged. I am one of those people who will wear their clothes until the holes have holes in them.

Got to get my tetanus shot on the 5th, a cavity filled on the 14th, anything else is still up in the air.

On the dentures front, I have to have the last 4 upper teeth remove before being fitted with an upper denture plate. The dentist wants to fill up the cavities in the lower 4 teeth so they can be support for a partial plate. Had my teeth cleaned on the 29th and the gal did some bitwing x-rays, revealing that the back right molar was a bit disturbing. The dentist reviewed the x-rays and called to fix me up. The earliest is going to be the 14th. Meanwhile, I am letting my gums heal up from this last extractions (lateral and bicuspid were damaged beyond repair). This reign of dental terror is going to take a while to be completed.

Mom is doing okay so far. The surgeon did a procedure where he expanded part of the food tube around the stomach so it won't slip up above the diaphragm, causing a hiatal hernia. She was suppose to get more nerves burned in her back but she canceled that procedure because she is too tired. I think she needs some B-12 vitamins or shot badly.

Lizard is fine...she has colored her hair to this pink/fushia shade.

For some reason, my shrink thinks I have to take 2 drugs that I stopped taking over 2 years ago. Luckily the pharmacist understands and wants me to bring back these drugs when I am in town soon.

Yarn-wise, I have been selling and ordering. got 2 baby afghans, 2 adult afghans and definitely 1 for my cousin's grandson...I want to do one for her other grandson but his mom has not contacted me yet about the colors he likes.

Love/sex life...SUCKS! I thinking that I am going to reclaim my virginity because I sure ain't getting any.

That's all for now. GTG to pay bills for Mom and indulge in a Wild Cherry Pepsi.

I do Tetanus on the decade. Makes it easy to remember when I'm due for a shot.

The Man was all set to have an old bridge removed, insurance won't pay for implants, only dentures. But originally they told him two weeks after making the mold till it comes in. He went for the appointment and was told not two weeks but ten weeks. He backed out.

I'm pretty much recovered, just need a cane for curbs or steps without a rail. My back is really sore though, osteoarthritis judging by how it's worse when the weather changes.

Hi all. This has NOT been a good month for me. Shortly after my birthday, I got pneumonia. That sucked. Then ended up with a clot in my leg and lung. That is so not fun to recover from but I'm mending. So prayer, light, love, thoughts, whatever.. Would be nice.

Saw the dentist today and he did 2 fillings. Still wants me to come in next week and do the last 2 teeth on the left. Meanwhile, Mom has 2 ear infections so I have to give her the ear drops every few hours. She also took out a small loan to pay the dentist so I would not have to worry about saving the money and taking a long time to do everything. I should have everything done before August instead of November.

Yesterday, my nieces were sick. Their mom took them in today to see the doctor...they both got strep A and B! got to babysit them tomorrow so no kisses or hugs...I am still recovering from a cold myself. Grill cheese and chicken noodle soup all around.

Actually beat the alarm clock this morning. Also we have no TV yesterday due to a kinked cable and the satellite guy gave us a new receiver since our old one was being phased out. Gotta watch Vikings in a few minutes.

Going to see if Mom can run me to a store to get some half and half so I can make some pecan pie bread pudding tomorrow. just have to find the recipe again.

Thanks y'all, I went to my follow up today and Dr says I'm doing great recovering. I also have went from 190 to 172. Silver lining!!!

Here's a voice from the past! Hihi everyone and I hope you are all well! My Lady Nikki and I are still around, still loving life, and living the dream! These days Gardening and Bernese Mountain Dogs and live-in Grandmas have taken pride of place in our lives, and while we have stepped back from the kink community a bit, we still hold our dynamic dear and it continues to shape and inform our relationship!

otters huggles its great to see you again im glad you and yours are doing well. yes colorado is beautiful i have family there its where i discovered the lifstyle as well
