Hello everyone -
I am new to the site, but it was recommended to me as a possible place to seek out friends or like-minded individuals to talk to. I am married, but our relationship is completely vanilla. I would consider myself quite the novice in BDSM, but I have had a single online relationship many years ago, which you could say was me dipping my toes into learning about feelings I was struggling with. I now know I am a submissive and that is just a part of my nature. It is not something I can hide from. It's a difficult when I am faced with the desperate need to submit my control to another, but knowing that is not going to happen in my relationship. He is aware I am on this site as well as the fact that I am not seeking a relationship beyond friendship from anyone here. I have just realized that I truly need to have people in my life I can talk to that understand my feelings outside of their only BDSM knowledge coming from a certain book series that was recently popular. It would be wonderful to just be able to talk to someone that just plain understands the things that swim in my head. I hope to make a few friends and it's a pleasure to meet you all.
