I think the whole reason why they want to outlaw prostitution is to tackle the human trafficking trade.
That's why prosecute the buyers, don't prosecute the sellers.

This way, those forced into prostitution against their will can have the law on their side, while they prosecute the ones enabling this trafficking to keep happening.

I fully understand Greta. It is called "white slavery" and is practiced by Chinese,, Israelis and a few others like Indonesians and whatever. But the people who do it go everywhere. A bunch of Jews in Italy were busted for selling snuff videos. Snuff is when the act is done you kill the victim. I read that they got like $15,000 per video of shit like that.

But that'll showya what people will do. Actually, people is not the word, more like high functioning animals.

But who would pay fifteen grand for a video of a kid getting raped and killed ? The fact that there is any market for that at all is disturbing. Quite.

T^T

FR. Prostitution should be legal, however to say it is a victimless crime, is bullshit.

MasterBrentC -> RE: how about this everyone pays... (4/7/2016 6:50:12 PM)

Ok lucy, between me and the prostitute, who's the victim?

Actually, just thinking about the whole human trafficking sex trade thingy.
You know, people avoid buying heroin in my country because we put those to death if they were caught with possession of any heroin at all. Our logic is, taking heroin is as good as a suicide attempt, or giving or selling someone heroin is as good as murder, so both are crimes that will take a life anyway.

I personally think, death penalty should be instill for all human traffickers, as well, as the ones with clear evidence that they are 101% aware they have just purchased sex from an unwilling woman. And anyway, it's not just women, but little boys too.

Harsh penalties especially when properly enforced will work.

If one really thinks of the absolute horrors a trafficked victim has to go through, that is worth someone's death, whoever the perpetrator is. And fact that human trafficking is still sooooo crazily rampant, tells me, whatever laws there are for it at the moment are completely ineffective and useless. There are estimates of over millions still trafficked all the time.

And here I thought a woman had a right to do with her body whatever she wanted. Silly me.....

That's why prostitutes don't get prosecuted. It's consistent. The guy doesn't have the right to do whatever he wants with her body. She does!

I was just thinking in that crazy article, they were saying like, it would actually be more dangerous for women these way. Because they will lose customers, and they will be willing to accept more risks for the sake of getting customers, which means, all the good guys will stay away and only the baddest eggs will risk getting prostitutes which put prostitutes at higher risks.

But all the more, more efforts need to be made to crack down on these bad eggs, law enforcement is something, if it's religiously strictly and heavily imposed, people will be afraid to pay for sex, and will stop. The demand will shrink. Once this job is no longer a viable income, these women will start thinking of other ways to make money. Maybe in a safer manner, like just cyber sex over video cam.

There will be initial teething where they find clients who are willing to break the law, but when the law keeps busting them, and they keep constantly announcing in the news, all the crackdown, constantly, the whole business will shrink.

If she "willingly" provides a service, what law is broken?

She can sell, but he can't buy. According to France law. She broke nothing. But he broke by buying.
The problem is, how can you tell if she's willing when trafficked victims family's are at risk in their home countries? They are blackmailed into saying they are willing.
This whole thing is about human trafficking, and in that, genuine prostitutes, women who just love sex and love to make money from having sex, are being sacrificed, their business lines that is. To curb human trafficking. I mean it's not such a tragedy. Women who loves sex can still find sex and enjoy what they love. And maybe they can switch to alternative things like video cam sex for example ha to get paid. Hell with sex and fetish business, cut out physical sex for money, there are many things they can reinvent and be paid for.

Many trafficked victims, don't get paid for their work, because first, the syndicate works by telling her, she owes this much money, and it will taken out of her pay cheque, which would take years of her pay cheque for her to pay back what was owed to get her into whatever country she works in. In many cases, they gotta surrender 100% of their money from prostitution, because their accommodation and food are taken care of by the syndicates who managed them. This is on top of them not being able to go to authorities because their family's live are being threatened in their home country if they don't honour their payment by finding the money through prostitution.

Ok, here's a novel idea. Why not track down the traffickers and arrest them? Leave the innocent guys like me alone.

Because they have been unable to track down the traffickers. These syndicates keep defeating them.
Human trafficking is illegal but they can't seem to catch the perpetrators!

why you fuckin her in the first place, do you believe it is a free-market where you are equals, everyone has national health care, your herpes and fou dick mites are negotiated and you sign some waiver where you escrow money if she contracts your spirochetes?

Sit there by your little trailerhouse wall, and explain to me the contract. And the tit for tat equality of the contract.

And why it dont work.

So rather than do the hard police work and track down the real law breakers, they go after the easy targets then sit back with their donuts and coffee getting fat and lazy. Geeze, the double standard is sickening.

Oh, that is pure unadulterated asswipe. Girls are wanted for pussy, they have one. Is life larger than that? Now, to take someone and take advantage of their skills, while frowned upon, is the exploitation that makes money, we all take different risks.

what? for education, welfare, knowledge, sex, whatever, you are some stooge because you have pissflaps that is awash in your reality and have no frame of reference and cant with your big tits and pretty little brain consider alternatives?

SUCK MY DICK.
