Most of the Mistresses and Dommes I see in India are looking for slaves who can pay tributes in the form of money or be a financial slaves.. There are slaves like me who would not be able to become a financial slaves and would not be able to afford tributes. Are there Mistresses in India who can look above this and take in a slave just like a slave for pain, humiliation and domination.
Gifting may happen if slave can afford any time later...

A) It ain't just in India, dude.

B) If you want to pay a whore, you need to have the cash. In the absence of cash, go out and seduce women like normal men do.

My guess is the societal norms of India.
Most women can't afford to have a service slave because they aren't wealthy enough to pay for one.

Women are generally ruled by men and those that want to have what most women can't get, they generally have 3 choices -
1) Become a prostitute to earn money.
From what I understand, it isn't quite such a noble profession that it is in the west and they really put their lives at risk by being one.
2) To avoid a lot of the risks from #1, they become a Pro domme and earn gifts and money by tributes and payment for services. This is a much safer option for them in general.
3) Get married to a rich man - and there aren't that many affluent Indian men out there to be had.

The only other way is to completely change Indian society, and I don't see that happening any time soon.

From a personal PoV, all you can do is seduce/date a woman who is strong willed and eventually let her rule the relationship and hope it works out.

Every once in a while, there seems to be this sudden 'spurt' of so-called 'submissive' guys from India. I don't know what it is about the water there that turns men on and seems to turn your women off every harvest moon or so. Usually, same thing. Wanting somebody to engage but not require tribute.

And, I feel for you. I do. Me? If I want to go get my kink on, I just go to the club. (Not really an option in your geographic location, from what I understand.) You can't (or won't) afford tribute, so the pickings are slim. Somebody who will invest themselves in the online thing you're looking for.

I'm not a tribute Domme. However, in your circumstances, I'd probably suggest paying.
