Turn on, but only when done in the context of a proper, well constructed humiliation scene. Out of the blue, randomly, it wouldn't be so much elicit either a 'turn on' or a 'turn off', but rather a "what the fuck are you thinking?" kinda reaction.

"Spitting in the face" is an excellent discipline tool. I use it whenever I can on a submissive who doesn't listen to me.
