So what's Hillary's excuse, menopause?

Excuse for what ? HRC's corruption is pretty fucking vanilla as compared to most.

As I wrote, she's practically reading from the script. It's probably why she'll beat Trump in a landslide [who] may even send the senate back to the dems and we still won't see that much difference except maybe around the edges...nothing like any real reform.

There is a resignation that Trump will be nominated, many repubs won't vote at all rather than for Hillary, the down ticket for the repubs will suffer and we'll be back to the house sitt'n on everything.

The Political Establishment of both parties would say the same thing about Jesus Christ if he were in Trump`s place

Yeah, I confuse the Donald and the Christ all the time. So awkward during the Nicene Creed.

I started gagging on that.
Trump is the messiah

the depth of ignorance just went subterranean

Everyone knows that the messiah is Obama.

only in your imagination.

It's funny that the only people who claim he's the messiah are right wing nutjobs. I wonder why that is.

http://bipartisanreport.com/2016/04/28/trumps-behavior-explained-rumors-swirl-of-early-dementia-or-alzheimers/

I have thought about this for the last couple of days and imo, no he is not suffering from dementia/alzheimers.. he has always been this way.. he has always thought of women as lessor beings & sex objects, he has always been narcissistic, he has always been all about "the Donald" and screw anyone else.. what explains his "staying power" is that the shite he has been saying/doing as a Prez wannabe, which was once unacceptable to Americans, now they have become numb to it, they accept it and consider these beliefs "normal".. That is the scary part, that so many Americans tell us he is saying what they believe.. This country is sooooo screwed..

"How Trump is ‘defining deviancy down’ in presidential politics
“Defining deviancy down.” That was the provocative title of a 1993 essay on crime written by the late Sen. Daniel Patrick Moynihan (D-N.Y.). He explained his concept succinctly a few months later at a breakfast of civic-minded New York City movers and shakers. “I wrote that there is always a certain amount of deviancy in a society,” Moynihan told the Association for a Better New York. “But when you get too much, you begin to think that it’s not really that bad. Pretty soon you become accustomed to very destructive behavior.”

Again, Moynihan was talking about the tolerance of crime. But as the 2016 Republican presidential contest drags on, his diagnosis fit politics in general and the campaign of Donald Trump in particular. Just when you thought the Big Apple billionaire couldn’t sink any lower, he does. He gleefully dances through the nativist, racist, misogynistic slop as if he were Gene Kelly in “Singing in the Rain.” And to make matters worse, Trump is rewarded for it. "

I do not think it was the right saying that Obama was greater than Jesus and sort of a G*d. Newsweek and Loius Farakhan are also not usually considered right leaning.

Nope, the messiah messaging came from the left.

yeah, stef, here's an example from the "right wing nutjobs", among many others both in direct and strongly implied imagery.

what? he's not a conservative??

I trust all these were created by conservatives too right?

sorry, aylee's right.

and more to her point:

quote:

During the run-up to the 2008 election all kinds of biblical imagery surrounded Barack Obama's candidacy. Writer Ezra Klein said "He is not the Word made flesh but the triumph of the word over flesh."

When Bishop Vashti McKenzie, an advocate of black liberation theology, told everyone to rise, a rabbi in attendance described what he saw when he glanced over at Mr. Obama:

"A beam of morning light shown [sic] through the stained-glass windows and illuminated the president-elect's face. Several of the clergy and choir on the altar who also saw it marveled afterward about the presence of the Divine."

In another speech he gave in Lebanon, New Hampshire on the day of the primary, January 7, 2008 Obama suggested his followers will be struck by a luminous force guiding them to the polls.

"...a light will shine down from somewhere. It will light upon you. You will experience an epiphany. And you will say to yourself, I have to vote for Barack. I have to do it."

and on and on and on...thus the author's title:

ThatDizzyChick -> RE: Is Trump showing signs of dementia? (5/1/2016 5:44:03 PM)

Yeah that shit got pretty out of hand, though Americans are prone to idolizing/demonizing their political figures, they are always the very best or the very worst (according to how they align with the speaker's party affiliations).
