@Sweetheart4UUU

To answer your question, just google "People with tempers." And you can read about the internal struggle they are going through. I liked this one:

I spent the winter in a wheelchair. Right now I'm just using a cane.

If people were getting nastier, then I ought to be the easy victim.

Instead, people who are otherwise yelling and being nasty are backing off and behaving better once they see my cane. It's been an interesting experience. And is giving me some hope for the future of the human race.

meh...people who raise their voice or get angry anywhere near me, even if it's not directed at me, politely get ignored. I walk away. They don't get what they want from me. They don't have it better with or around me. I find nothing at all respectful about such people. I find them to be assholes.

Same here. There way too many challenges in life to get hung up small things.

You should have seen this conversation on a Harley motorcycle forum. A guy with a motorcycle was parked in a spot. The truck next to him parked crooked - the rear tire was about 6 inches over the line, the front tires were within the space. He was nowhere near the bike and the bike had more than adequate room to get past the truck...he lost 6 inches of space at the end of the space. They were ranting about disrespect, ranting how they would have slashed tires and keyed the truck. I'm thinking that there's WAY more important things in life to worry about than losing 2 square feet of parking space.

By that I mean say your spouse gets yelled at work, comes home and is grumpy and irritable and even yells. You point out this and your spouse doesn't take kindly to it.

In that case, she and I are finished.

You would end a marriage because your partner had a bad day and needed to blow off a little steam? Wow.

meh...we both come home at times yelling and complaining about our jobs. We just give each other space to rant and move on with the rest of the day. No big deal. To end a relationship over it? LOL...that's just stupid.

Now, if we kept that attitude all day long, everyday with each other, then yes, that would end our relationship.
