I don't think we need an entire forum for monogamy here, though there are several groups devoted to it over on fetlife.com. I met my Sir there instead of here, though he did have a profile here as well. We choose to identify as monogamous with room for play. I think a thread on the frustrationsame and joys of looking for a monogamous partner in a sea of poly, non-monogamous, and outright cheaters would be an interesting topic.

Man, you guys take a simple subject and rip it up like donkey meat. The history of your penis ends in a pair of 'Depends'.Savor that instead. Drag it through the dirt all you want in the meantime. I'm straight up comfortable with monogamy.

Depends on your definition of "the scene".

If you mean all the people doing BDSM, then NO, monogamy is very common.

If you mean all the people doing PUBLIC SCENES WHERE OTHER PEOPLE WATCH, then yes, people that either enjoy being watched or are at least willing to be watched are less likely to be monogamous.

See, the issue here is that you're talking about what people do vs. what they say and what society expects.

^^ It's still that.
