I think instead of being amazed about London electing a Muslim MP. Good margin as well!

This is the bigger feat! Coming from a country that bans abortion, has extremist Christians.

I now await for a Muslim country to elect their first transgender politician too.

I suspect it will be Iran, as they are actually somewhat more accepting of transgender people than most other majority Muslim countries, or at least that is my understanding.
