Here's a great article on training. As you read the article, substitute "husband" with "sub" or "slave."

Great article!

One of my favorite books, Don't Shoot The Dog by Karen Pryor, describes in depth how to use just this sort of animal training technique with vanilla interpersonal situations. I've always been surprised that I don't hear this book mentioned more in bdsm forums.
